The Random Thought Thread

Saw this on Ravens reddit, some Ravens fans are donating to the Summit Center, a charity that Bills TE Dalton Kincade works directly with to return the favor for Bills fans donating to Mark Andrews' charity.

Was tough to be watching those games last night and the Ravens not be in there.

What really annoyed me though was seeing defences making big plays and getting turnovers. Helping out their QBs by giving them good field position.

Eagles forced 3 turnovers vs Washington. The Ravens have forced 2 turnovers in Lamar's whole playoff career. That is an issue.

The double standard surrounding Allen and Lamar is insane right now. Also, I feel very vindicated in saying that the game against the Bills go to OT.

Most people are gushing about Allen right now and talking about how his defense let him down.

Allen had THREE fumbles that were all recovered and at least three dropped interceptions (two on the opening drive and one that was bubbled up in the air later in the game; there were more that would have been tough catches, but were bad passes), but no one wants to point that out. No one wants to point out that the Bills offense turned the ball over on downs twice in the fourth quarter.

I haven’t heard much of a peep about how Allen had 3:33 and three timeouts to lead a game tying or game winning drive and failed.

Allen had a pretty box score, so we ignore how he had, all things considered, a really poor overall game.

0-4 Allen the choker.

That Chiefs play call to ice it is why they keep hanging on despite not being the best they’ve been. Situational intelligence. Spread 3 guys out left knowing it’s man, and all 3 run slants to the inside. Perine slips out from the backfield and was wide open. Meanwhile you have the Bills struggling to run tush push that whole drive and they kept going to that well.
The Bills played awful and were lucky it wasn’t a blowout. They put the ball on the ground 5x and Allen could have had 2-3 INTs

His stats seem misleading for sure. I mean at the end of the day if the Allen stans want to brag about his playoff stats compared to Lamar they’re literally proving stats are for losers. Wins aren’t a qb stat but sometimes they are, Allen failed to clinch the game last night as you laid out. He’s very lucky he didn’t have multiple turnovers. Lamar would be getting killed right now I bet

Stats don't matter for the MVP, but they matter in the playoffs.

Bills are just reaching for moral victories because Allen hasn't won anything of note yet.

Can't say I'm terribly surprised you'd still use that name for them.
Brother, if you’re going to keep making political/“racial injustice” charged comments, at least don’t delete the replies to said comments like you did to mine when you called Musk a “Nazi sympathizer”.

I hope they bring the name back this year. Trump enabled them! Besides we can’t have a team nicknamed the commies

Even the family of the chief who served as the logo wants the name back

Go Eagles !!!!!!
It’s nice to see them impose their will and run for 7 rushing TDs. Meanwhile we’ve had historic rushing teams and look awful in the playoffs. Is it all Lamar masking inferior lines? Idk whatever it is I’m so sick of not winning shit. We lost to this joke Bills team
