Oh ok. Damn, I was looking forward to seeing Lamar vs Flacco. I got everything booked, bought my tickets and I'm so ready for this game. If we didn't blow those first few games, we'd be in command of the division making it pointless for them to bring him back. Since the division is wide open, why not bring him back to salvage something.

Not even meant to be shade to Joe Burrow, but I’m not worried about him coming back. I think he’s a much better QB than Flacco but he’s still out there slinging the rock for almost 500 and losing the games because that defense is terrible. Doesn’t matter who is at QB to me. The object of that game is simply to score more points.

Yep, I hate it. Was so excited to see Flacco play against us in Baltimore on thanksgiving. Now I think they’re maybe just setting up a Harbaugh style injury report strategy, by all accounts given that injury it seems like an optimistic early return, the original return was our second game against them.

Burrow said the division is wide and they’ll be in it until the end, as usual with him that comes across as cocky to me lol

In any case I look forward to their offense potentially being worse and sack numbers going up. I maintain that Joe Burrow is the most overrated athlete of my lifetime.
He ain't wrong though. They're only a game behind us. Right now, they're 2-0 in the division with a potential to be 3-0 after Sunday (potential being the absolute KEY word). While this team seems "locked in," I wouldn't put it past them to shit the bed in ANY of these upcoming games.

That said, we have our OL and Todd monken, do we really wanna get in shootouts where you need to score at the end? We don’t need to face a good defense for Todd monken and the OL to tank our efforts on any given drive

I'm not really worried about CIN. I don't think they have a path to going 7-1 in their last 8 games. Too many tough games. BAL x 2, PIT and BUF on the road, and home against NE. That's their next five games. They have to win at least 4 of those to have a shot at a playoff spot.

I'd much rather play teams with good O's and bad D's than play teams with good D's and bad O's at this point. I'd be giddy to get in a shoot out with a team with a D as bad as CIN.

That's what makes the MIN and to a certain extent the CLE games so interesting. Those are legit good D's. If they hold us under 20-24 points, they're probably in those games. Teams like CHI and MIA and CIN and NYJ don't have the defenses to do that.

Just wrote similar in another thread. They’ve averaged 40 points last 2 games and still lost.

I’d also rather get in a shootout with a bad defense team, but yeah I don’t feel good about a team that can actually go score for score with us because goddamn I don’t really trust us in a scenario where we gotta have one last drive to win based on what we’ve seen when we’re just trying to get a few first downs and end the game.

Lol

And Maye is having a good season. Pats already passed their expected win total and lead the division. He's doing what they tried to say Allen was doing last year but of course he's not going to win it.

Week 11 discussion thread is finally up........ I know really late but I'm working on the rest of the previews for Sunday and Monday.

Mike’s motor is absolutely insane

I hope when Smith comes back it hits the floor running and picks up where he left off.

I really loved watching him play
