I'm not sure that's a smile. I had similar experience trying to put shoes on after I've done my knee.

if that's not a smile then alex lewis is an absolute dickhead lol - id think if he was experiencing pain putting his shoe on at this point that he'd at least be wearing a brace on that knee

It wouldn't surprise me to see Flacco working extra hard and starting the season with a chip on his shoulder after the way last year went. I'd love it if he helps Ozzie retire with a ring the way he did for Lewis.
Id love for him to win a ring for oz once more too but no way its happening

yanda seems to be in the building too - looks like the 3 top injury concern interior linemen are all there and good with no abject recovery problems

yanda, nico and lewis all in the building and seemingly healthy

worth noting that yanda is rarely around for offseason voluntary workouts - cool that he's there with all the young linemen
Alex Lewis looks like hes changed....you forget how young some of these guys really are when they get into the league. Lewis really might be about to have a breakout year

if he and nico both take a step up they have the right kind of nasty in their games that they could be a revelation - that being said weve not seen either of them play for at least a year at this point...

and thats why i dont understand why people count alex out. He held his own his rookie season playing next to a rookie LT and a bad center.. that alone is impressive. Im not the best at evaluating olinemen but from what i saw he wasnt getting killed.

Speaking of the draft, can we please not get any spoilers before the picks are made? I saw that it was becoming a problem during last year's draft when we were on the old board.

if we set out the rules in the gameday thread then i think we'll be able to do ok - we've done fairly well with people posting in good faith since this board's inception

it's less of a problem in the 1st round and even day 2 is normally fairly live but we'll have to work out whether people wait for the day 3 picks to be broadcast given how late that broadcast often runs behind the actual selections

I'm typically not on social media during the draft due to a small party I have at my house, but spoilers do happen and agree, we need to keep it away from this board. The lead up and the suspense of the draft don't need to be ruined by a couple of knuckleheads that decided to tweet it out and then it ends up being posted.

Lmao I am always refreshing twitter and when I hear the pick I don't believe it and then I watch them walk up 3 minutes later to announce the pick. I did love the Humphrey Pick though.

exactly my point. I'm just glad they don't focus on the green room nowadays. I don't want to see the players talking to the team before they have been announced yet. Anything like that just ruins it for me, well at least in the early rounds.

its gonna be my first draft with a proper twitter account - ill have to work out whether i need to mute all the nfl insiders or not

I also stay away from social media during the draft. Heck, the only reason why I would turn my laptop on during the draft is for this board right here.
