I would break my computer if i had to watch bad film on Flacco....shit frustrates me too much. I wanted to throw my phone watching those 4 plays. Lol

at this point - and im not exaggerating - i think lamar reads the field better than joe does - joe throws the prettier passes but im not sure he's better at solving the defence which is crazy in year 11 - and even if he does - the fact that it would even be a question is ridiculous - simple things like keying in on a linebacker's movements and reading the whole field at multiple depths (which is the sort of thing lamar was doing in college) seem to be so hit and miss with joe

and in other games this year he's had successful throws to receivers on plays where he had a different receiver even more open for a bigger play

post-snap recognition should not be this bad on a consistent basis from joe

Yeah I wouldn’t have had a problem with that throw to Andrews if it was a good pass. But it was a real shitty throw.
 
As much as od love to lamar take over now so we can have some excitement this year....i wouldnt do it based off the fact that it would drastically lower Flaccos trade value for next year.

Watching this makes me mad and reminds me of how much I defended this guy only for him to let me down. I really wish the good Joe Flacco would come back but he’s dead. I think he died after the Super Bowl but Kubiak did witchcraft voodoo blood sugar sex magic to resurrect him after Joe made his satanic pact with the Devil to play out of his mind for his legendary playoff run. It’s like I bought a used car and was told it had a clean record but find out later past statues of limitation that it was totaled 3 times.

that's all well and good but upgrading a draft pick (which best case would be a 3rd rounder if its a day 2 pick at all) is so much less important in my opinion than developing a future franchise qb - if lamar gets some starts or significant playing time vs starting defences that's going to do much more for the future of this team than a 4th rounder vs a 3rd rounder or a 5th rounder vs a 4th rounder (or whatever it would end up being)

if we were gonna get like a 2 or a 1 then id see your point but i dont see anyway a team is stupid enough to give us a 1st or 2nd rounder for joe (and if they do then we should take that pick and run)

Eh, I guess I can live with the deal with the devil that joe made. At least it got us a Super Bowl.
