Joe Flacco

Now here’s an interesting question : if you could only choose one to go, who would you choose : Harbaugh or Flacco?

I appreciate both for what they’ve done but I feel like Joe would be in a better position to continue to contribute positively in the future than John can. I love John as a person but I think we need new leadership.

I think it’s Flacco - harbs I think has the ability to adapt and change and certainly seems fired up about Lamar anyway - I’d prefer an offensive mind but I can see a way forwards with harbs and Lamar

I don’t think this organisation changes and improves if joe stays even with a new head coach partly because of the cap space, partly because it keeps Lamar on the bench and partly because it would completely deflate the fan base I think

It's a no-brainer for me. Flacco must go!

I think Joe's time is done, i think its Woodrum’s time for good
Fixed. Best QB in the nfl from his first start.

-Has an arm that rivals dan Marino
- speed that makes Bo Jackson look like he’s running in slow motion
-accuracy that makes Aaron Rodgers jealous
- the ability to read an nfl field like Peyton Manning if not better
- the ability to draw fouls like Tom Brady
- durability of Joe Flacco

I really appreciate what They both have done here. They are both ring of honor guaranteed.

The main reason I think if only 1 goes the one to go is Joe because we have already signaled as an organization that we’re moving on and we want to get the most out of Lamar’s rookie contract as possible.

IMO Harbaugh best chance to keep his job is to get to the playoffs... with Lamar. The organization is going to want a staff that can develop our young QB and if Lamar shows well finishing this season then the organization may think he’s achieving that.

Cant believe i forgot about the future HoFer

At this point most of us think we'll trade or cut Flacco this offseason. But Joe in a dolphins uni is weird.

He could really help a team like the Jags next year if Jalen Ramsey and him could get along
The Broncos and Jags are probably the top possible landing spots for him. Kubiak would probably be happy to bring Flacco to the Broncos and try to remake his success in 2014. And the Jags just need someone that isn't one of the worst in the league.

Inserting Joe into the Jags would make them contenders without a doubt with fournette back there my god

I'd like to see Joe go to the Bucs. Evans and Howard would be great targets for Joe and I think he could put up some monster numbers playing in that division.

I couldn't even imagine big Joe playing with Evans, Jackson (if he doesn't age into dust by then), and Howard. I could honestly see him putting up MVP type stats and making the Bucs a contender.

I will argue this till the day I die, the lack of weapons that Flacco has had here is stupid. People talking about a lot of the time his accuracy is bad, I look back on film and I see a guy putting the ball in a place the receiver can get to the ball, but also away from the cornerback to avoid a turnover. The receivers' lack of separation is terrible ever since he has been here. Mason is the only receiver I can actually think of that could create separation on a regular basis. Boldin was great but he thrived on those 50/50 balls and he is the only receiver I think Flacco has had any faith in at WR to make those plays more often than not.

But on the flip side, I do think it is Lamar Jackson time. The more he plays the more improvement I see. The way the Ravens have been able to control the clock and keep that defense rested makes the Ravens one of the best all-around teams behind only maybe the Chargers and Texans. But I would love to see Joe go somewhere else and light it up and end the whole mediocrity debate. He is a great player but he can't do what this team asks of him. Lamar needs to start developing now and I love what he brings to the offense because every play feels like he can break a big run.

Plus also Lamar needs to definitely work on his throws and accuracy or there is no way this team will be able to convince free agent wide receivers to play here. I am already afraid of John Brown, Willie Snead, and Michael Crabtree getting upset from the lack of throws in this new offense.

I don't think Lamar worked with the 1's at all during the offseason, so give him the entire summer and I bet he'll get on page with whoever is catching footballs next season.

The Wr won't get upset as long as we're winning. Plus Crabtree Snead and Brown like what they're seeing in Jackson.

Browns take: "“I just continue to play. We can win with any of our quarterbacks. But, as for Lamar, he’s great. He wants to make those plays. He’ll come up to me and say, ‘My bad.’ I’ll tell him, ‘Just play football. Don’t get stuck on that one play. Even when we get on the plane ride home, he’s still thinking about it. But that’s how the great ones are. They think about the bad stuff more than the good. That’s one of the things I love about him.”

Snead: "He’s a young quarterback. That was his first road start, that’s how brand new he is to it. We just have to keep working in practice to complete those shots. In the game, those will come. He’ll be able to step up into it and put it on the money."

Every QB has a different style, it takes some time to adjust especially if you're not getting the ball as much as you're used to. As you see from Browns take, Jackson's a leader and will for sure work hard on this.
