I'm having flashbacks to the defense that can never get off the field in the last 2 mins of the half and in the 4th quarter. Ugh.
tbf to the defense weve got 3rd stringers in defending against their 2nd team offense

Yes I know but was a moment of past horror for me lol
it's annoying that a special teams penalty and then a niggly DPI call have gifted the bills a touchdown even against 3rd stringers

We still went 8-8 that year and were essentially a tweaked knee away from sneaking into the play-offs - so we should still be able to win our share of games even if we're that underwhelming. Hopefully getting 5 and 79 back will be a huge start.
