Anybody else around here who likes Skai Moore LB from South Carolina?
Dude is incredible, turnover machine. He tied Gamecocks all time INT record this year. Missed 2016 after deciding to undergo neck surgery, then came back this season for his senior year. 218 lbs but dude can hit and is absolute ball hawk in pass coverage. Really good player.

What i learned from Darnold/Rosen

-Rosen should be the #1 pick.
-Darnold should stay one more year at USC.
-Everyone forgets about Josh Allen
And Darnold just may be doing that with Cleveland winless. He did say if Cleveland was one of the top 2 picks he’d stay in school. Crazy statement, he would have been better off waiting and just saying he wanted to go back for his senior season than say something like that.

He never said that. Its people putting out that narrative. He never actually said thaf

its annoying - its like that stupid media narrative that was pedalled for a while about myles garrett not wanting to be in cleveland when all he said was that he'd love to be a cowboy (think that was his childhood team)

so baker mayfield is being disciplined this week - wont start this saturday and wont be a team captain... (will play) - i never understand this mode of punishing the qb because they know they are still gonna play and they and their teammates know whether they are a leader or not no matter if they happen to have the label of captain or not...

I heard a lot of hype coming into last season and nothing since his injry... Crazy

Allen is a constant. We know what the Scouting Report on him is. He's bad right now, but his potential is through the roof. Maybe the Senior Bowl will change the perception on him but until then no need to watch his games, opinion won't change.

Allen has one more year of eligibility so im not sure he will go to the senior bowl. Unless he graduates early and gets an invite like watson

i heard DJ talking about him graduating early so i dont think its out of the question for him - but even if he doesnt go the senior bowl qb roster is gonna be the best i can remember:

luke falk, baker mayfield, mason rudolph and there's a load of other seniors (riley ferguson might get an invite if he keeps going the way he's going), josh allen could be invited if he graduates, jt barrett (not that i particularly rate him)

Baker Mayfeild might find a way for him to get disqualified lol

I'm not too fussed about 2-3 pretty good college QBs going elsewhere next year. We were never going to draft one high in 2018.
Still firmly (and from what I read on this board, the only fan) in Hurts camp. Providing he continues to develop at this pace, I see great things for him in the future and he could declare at just about the right time for us.

It's like he's getting grounded for a couple of hours. I remember Texas A&M doing the same shit to Manziel in their season opener after his autograph scandal.

He honestly looks like a running back with those thighs. But yes i love his attitude and moxy. Also very smart and disciplined. Rarely makes a mistake. I think he will have to play big the rest of the way if Bama wants to win

i imagine it will be for the first drive or the first few plays only... which makes it all the more pointless

I've never seen a player so level headed. I mean, he managed to not screw up his freshman year to almost win a national championship. This year in 11 games he has only 1 INT, no fumbles. No huge stats but in a lot of games he only played 1st half. Definitely possesses a big arm. Needs to understand coverages/pressures better but I like the fact they are not forcing him into up tempo game.

Right?! They doesn't even teach him discipline. Personally, I don't think he should be disciplined, but if Oklahoma truly wanted to make a statement, they'd suspend him for the entire game.

it teaches him nothing even if he should have been disciplined that way which im not sure about - it shows no value as an organisation - i betcha if they were playing some minnows who are playing for money then he probably gets suspended for a game but because its WVU they cant afford for him not to play so his 'punishment' will only last a few snaps at most - maybe the opening drive at most (which without him may only be a few snaps)
