The Music Thread

It is funny how songs can trigger certain memories. I was in a car chase one time and I remember “Smoke from a Distant Fire” being on the radio.
I know what you mean, I remember that song playing on the radio when the announcer broke in and said Elvis died. It is funny how songs bring back memories.

Have faith, your time will come and when it does enjoy every minute!

I can see it now. It is game 7 of the 2078 World Series, O's vs. Dodgers. The O's win it in the bottom of the 9th. And jumping up and down slowly in victory I trip on my cane, my dentures come flying out of my mouth and then I break a hip. Someone will have to carry me to the field to celebrate. I can't wait! :p

Believe me, I hope you see one before that lol.

David Lee Roth or Sammy Hagar?

My vote goes to....David Lee Roth.

For business savvy, personality and overall human charm my vote is for Sammy. Roth is/was so full of himself he can look in a mirror and see double.

True. Who doesn't like Sammy? He makes tequila and can't drive 55. :p
I guess I should have specified which Van Halen music do you like better.

That is a difficult choice but I would have to go with David Lee Roth. David sang on my favorite Van Halen song, Beautiful Girls. I regret not having seen them in concert.
