Harbaugh is on his way out too. Steve will find it totally unacceptable that we've missed the playoffs 4/5 past years.

I said it was dumb to keep Marty as the OC back in January. Wonder how Roman would fare.

Next offseason needs to be 100% dedicated to the offense, ESPECIALLY the oline.

Harbaugh will be on the hot seat soon, I don't know when but it will be soon.
The guy on the top of my wish list is Sean Payton. This FO knows how to build a defense, let them continue that, Sean Payton I feel like would change the way we do offense here.

As far as the OL goes, I just feel for what has happened as far as injuries go. You lose your two starting guards and Stanley has been a disappointment so far, I don't know how you can expect that.
