He probably is at this point. I think coaching is clearly the issue from him. Ozzie has an offseason to focus on the offense again and we find Joe's replacement for the future(whether immediate or not) and we're actually in a solid place for the future.

Roman. While that sounds bad, I'm not sure what to think a guy like him could do without someone who's mobile. It'd be... Interesting.

FWIW. If anyone doesn't get fired next season: I think it should be him. I think his run game scheme has done wonders for a less than talented unit.
