Perhaps. I'd figured the FO would do their due diligence on every top WR prospect there is. Probably still in the process until draft night idk.

They only get a limited number of official visits so they have to use them wisely - some guys they’ll already know everything because they’re clearcut to evaluate both as people and players - some guys they’ll have spoken to at the senior bowl or the combine - some guys they might talk to at a pro day - some guys they’ll maybe just get references for without an interview

This is correct. They can’t see more than 30 players, officially

Wow....I did not know this. I personally don't see the problem with talking to as many players as desired. Is there a reason behind this limit?

Here are just some of the players he made us pass on in each round:

  1. mike mcglinchey, Calvin Ridley, Derrius Guice
  2. Anthony miller, billy price, sam Hubbard, equanimeous st Brown, Orlando Brown
  3. Frank ragnow is a good pick here but look at players we passed on at this pick (deon Cain, Michael Gallup, jamarco jones)
The cowboys drafting at 19 for these top 3 players:
Calvin Ridley, Isaiah Wynn and mark Andrews (Ian Thomas was taken 1 pick before) - essentially chad Reuter thinks we’ll be happy to be in range of those players and not take 1 of them at those spots...

As an aside; if the Ravens pass on Ragnow in favor of Jamarco Jones, Ozzie needs to step down.
And no way I take Guice at sixteen.
