Thursday Night Football
Jaguars @ Bengals: Things haven't exactly gotten off on the right foot for rookie quarterbacks this season as Trevor Lawrence seeks his first NFL win against Division Leading Cincinnati Bengals and Joe Burrow. The Bengals will be without Tee Higgins who missed last week's win against the Steelers but do get back Corner Trae Waynes who missed all last season with a pectoral injury. They will also be without Safety Jessie Bates, should be interesting if that helps the Jaguars passing attack. The Jaguars will be without Kicker Josh Lambo and DL Roy Robert-Harris as they look for their first win of the season. As the calendar turns to October... the Urban Meyer watch continues.

Sunday Early Games
Washington @ Falcons:
Atlanta got in the win column last week as they defeated the Giants in Overtime. Washington meanwhile got stomped by the Buffalo Bills and their defense doesn't look as scary as we thought entering the season. Atlanta will be without WR Russell Gage & DT Marlon Davidson who are dealing with ankle injuries. For Washington, it seems their decision to not go after a QB will cost them this season unless Heinicke turns it around.

Chiefs @ Eagles: Andy Reid on Sunday can become the first coach in NFL history to win 100 games with two different Franchises. Who does he have to beat for that record? His old team the Philadelphia Eagles, in Philadelphia none the less. The Chiefs will be without pass rusher Frank Clark and down two players in the secondary, while the Eagles are relativiely healthy with only OT Jordan Mailata missing his second straight game. Andy Reid returns to Philly with history on his mind.

Texans @ Bills: Another team suffering from poor quarterback play is the Houston Texans. Who knows if Deshaun Watson will get traded this season or not but the rebuild is on in Houston. That means a Bills team picking up momentum is not who the Texans want to play this week after Buffalo stomped over their last two opponents and seem poised to do so again.

Lions @ Bears: Matt Nagy should have been fired for his team's offensive performance last week which saw the team post only 47 yards of offense, their lowest in 40 years. To make matters worse, their OL failed to protect Justin Fields as he was sacked 9 times last week by the Browns. Meanwhile, the Lions bad luck seems to continue but the fight they have with Dan Campbell shows they are bound to breakthrough for a win at some point. Perhaps this is the week Lions fans, and just maybe a loss to the Lions will see Matt Nagy get the pink slip on Monday.

Panthers @ Cowboys: Dallas played a good game against the Eagles on Monday Night while the Panthers had a bit more rest coming off their Thursday Night win over Houston. Carolina suffered some huge losses in Christian McCaffery and first round draft pick Jaycee Horn who won't be playing this week so it's up to Sam Darnold to continue proving the Adam Gase theory correct. Dallas' defense has been improved under Dan Quinn and should be able to keep it close on Sunday.

Colts @ Dolphins: I feel it will be hard to judge who really are the contenders because teams seem to be taking advantage of opponents at the right time. This is the case for Miami who is facing a banged up Indianapolis Colts team who will be without Offensive Lineman Quenton Nelson and Braden Smith, Kwity Paye, and DBs Khari Willis & Rock Ya-Sin. Miami's defense will only make things tougher on Carson Wentz's ankles without his whole right side of the offensive line missing and even with Jacoby Brisset should be able to take advantage of a injured Colts team.

Browns @ Vikings: Kevin Stefanski returns to Minnesota as the Vikings look to build off their surprising upset of the Seattle Seahawks. Last year's Coach of the Year has the Browns once again competitive sitting at 2-1 in the thick of the divison race early on. With Michael Pierce likely out for this game, this should open up the run game for Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt so Baker won't have to rely too much on throwing the ball. If Anthony Barr is ruled out as well, expect a big day for Cleveland.

Giants @ Saints: It's a matter of which Jameis Winston shows up on gameday is how the Saints game will go. Will he be week one Jameis who threw 5 Touchdowns against the Packers defense or the Winston who struggled against the Panthers defense? The Giants have started out 0-2 five straight seasons, with the Falcons loss dropping them to 0-3 for the second consecutive season and a loss to the Saints will give them their second consecutive 0-4 start. Daniel Jones won't have Sterling Shepard or Darius Slay meaning we could see some more Saquon but at this point they should trade Saquon so he doesn't get wasted on this team.

Titans @ Jets: Adjust your fantasy lineups because both AJ Brown & Julio Jones will be out for this game. So if you play against Derrick Henry this week in fantasy, you likely already lost since I expect him to be fed the ball a lot in this one. The Jets continue to search for answers under new Head Coach Robert Saleh and Zach Wilson.

Sunday Late Games
Cardinals @ Rams:
How the West was won, Part 1.

Seahawks @ 49ers: How the West was won, Part 2.

Steelers @ Packers: This is the first time Aaron Rodgers and Big Ben are suiting up for the same game since Super Bowl 45. Rodgers missed both games against the Steelers in 2013 & 2017 due to injury making this the first game in Green Bay against the Steelers for Aaron Rodgers. Last week's loss to the Bengals marked the first Steelers double digit loss against the Bengals since 1995 and if Ben continues his decline, the rest of the season may end on a sour note. Can Pittsburgh overcome defensive injuries to beat the Packers or will the Packers make easy work of Big Ben and Pittsburgh?

Sunday Night Football
Buccaneers @ Patriots: The Buccaneers lost a crucial playoff seeding game last week against the Rams and look to rebound against.....The Patriots. Forget everything else, this is all about Tom Brady's return to Foxboro where he looks to become the fourth quarterback in NFL history to beat all 32 teams. Brady knows his kingdom awaits in Foxboro and the question to be answered... have Patriots forgiven him for leaving in 2020?

Monday Night Football
Raiders @ Chargers: The Raiders head into week four as one of the few remaining undefeated teams left this season. This has been thanks in part to AFC Offensive Player of the Month Derek Carr who has thrown for 1,203 yards and six touchdowns through the first three weeks of the season. Meanwhile Justin Herbert is coming off a major upset win over the Chiefs and the winner of this game will be in the driver seat in the AFC West. The Chargers likely lost LB Kenneth Murray for this game in practice and will once again be without DT Justin Jones, who knew this game could be a deciding factor in the playoff race coming into the season.

Ok... I'll still hate Urban Meyer for potentially ruining Trevor's rookie year but not as much if they can hold this lead. If you do anything right at all this season, let it be this.

Thank You Urban Meyer for caring about my fantasy team and allowing James Robinson to score two touchdowns tonight, now HOLD THAT LEAD.

Titans without AJ Brown or Julio Jones against the Jets. So Derrick Henry going to feast on Sunday. I know the Broncos are one of the teams, but anyone else think several teams have benefited from a weak schedule?

When you are 0-4 and need to let off steam, wonder how Urban's wife feels about these photos and the video of this girl in the first photo "dancing" and where is his right hand?

This seems like old photos though. Why would he be wearing an Ohio State shirt?

The Chiefs defense has some serious issues. Eagles driving down the field with ease.
