I really liked Cleveland since we drafted him, hate this for him. Trade AV once Stanley comes back, keep Mekari at Right Tackle.

especially when he's homophobic (and was antagonistic about a team even drafting michael sam and allowing him in the league) and has the only openly gay player on his team - even just that makes his position untenable without even thinking about the other stuff he said

I get it but I'm pretty sure we all have said stuff that can be considered racist, bigoted, hateful etc... and it can be poor choice of words at times...people change though now if any of those emails were recent I agree he should be fired/resign.
