He can. I took it as if Chubb couldn’t fit into his DL spot, which he needs, then he would take another player. Chubb can go to the bench but can only start at the LB, DP positions

It's auto-skip if the player already missed the pick. Can make up all the missed ones as soon as he's back

You have 12 hours to make a pick and then you get skipped. If you are skipped twice it gets halved and then halved again with the next skip. So 6 hours to 3 hours
