draft picks.
So in this draft, is it like in real life and we get to pick from players in the actual draft?
As I don't use anything other than my laptop for this league, I find very little difference from what we had on Flea flicker. Probably the most convenient thing is that it's always there when I read espn.com, so I never miss setting a team and stuff like that.Over halfway through the season, how do you guys like the ESPN platform? I know some have mentioned that they prefer others, but for those that came over from flea flicker, I'm sure it's a little better. I just like having an app option, which makes it better than Flea flicker for me.
If anyone has any suggestions or want to move to another platform for next season, let me know. Just to open up the discussion.
I know ESPN doesnt allow you to do an online rookie/FA draft. We'd have to do it on here or in a chat or something. That might change. I know NFL.com does, or at least I think. Someone can confirm this if they know.
But yeah, any feedback would be good. League changes, etc.

Re draft, is espn not allowing combined rookie/FA draft or there's no rookie draft at all?
I like this.
I’m not a huge fan of ESPN, never have been. I’d prefer it be with Yahoo, but only if we could move all the teams over. I’ve heard a lot of good things from nfl.com as well.Over halfway through the season, how do you guys like the ESPN platform? One thing I don’t like about espn is that you can’t plan weeks in advance. With other fantasy leagues you can go to future weeks, see who you are playing and see what you may need. Espn doesn’t allow you to go to the next week.
I hated flea flicker. Absolutely awful and it made it worse that it didn't have a mobile appThe most fun I had in fantasy was couple years ago when I played this one on flea flicker, @JO_75 's league on yahoo, old br.com board member's league on nfl.com and son's friend's league on espn.
We could draft rookies thoughI hated flea flicker. Absolutely awful and it made it worse that it didn't have a mobile app
We should be able to draft rookies in year 2 onWe could draft rookies though![]()
Being the commissioner, can you check in with espn to confirm this. If we can’t do an online rookie and fa draft it will make it much easier to move to another site. I’d prefer not to do it with flea flicker, but yahoo, fantrax and nfl.com would be fine with me.From what I've read, you don't have the option for either. Most people have said you have to do an offline draft. Not sure how old those articles/discussions were. But surely by next year, they'll have the option. I mean it wouldn't be a terrible thing to do an offline one.
