2022 Forum Mock: Discussion Thread

Do we have to fill all our open depth chart positions? For example, if I just wanted to slide someone over to LS who is currently on the team, can I do so?

Lol what? I just traded two picks for a franchise LT and put Jonah Williams at RT for a great one two punch at the cornerstone positions
But now he has to play long snapper because you aren’t giving him enough support

Lol gonna sign whoever is left off the scrap heap. Can’t be that hard to throw a ball back to a holder

I’m very confused on how RFAs work. The instructions read as follows:

“Within 24 hours following the end of the RFA bidding, the player's current team then can decide to match the contract, retaining the player at the bid amount.”

Yet I’m told to outbid. Am I reading things wrong here?

You have to wait until after 7 tonight to match any bids for RFAs. You don't have to do any bidding for your RFAs during the actual FA period since you get to match offers.

Thanks for the clarification on that! Everything has been clarified and cleared up now

this is correct. Anyone who has an RFA can wait until after 7pm tonight (the close of free agency) to match any bid.

I know the FA period for RFAs, TTs and STs isn't over yet, but I wanted to give everyone a heads up regarding our next FA period, which will begin Monday at 7pm and will be DB's.

So if I was the only person to bid on a specific UFA, I'm automatically the winner right? The home bid offs only work if the original owner had placed a bid?

My goal of this FA period was to pick dudes who I wouldn't get sniped on and then Truth had to come out here and steal Dustin fucking Hopkins lol
I'm sorry, man. It was between him and Gonzalez and it was basically the flip of a coin.
