They haven't had a first round pick since 2016 when they drafted Jared Goff. The NFL prohibits trading picks in future drafts to three years. So as of now, they can only trade picks in 2022, 2023 and 2024. When the 2022 Draft comes, the 2025 Picks become tradeable so with that in mind....

2016 1st Round Pick - Jared Goff.
2017 1st Round Pick - Traded to Tennessee as part of deal to jump to 1 in order to Draft Goff.
2018 1st Round Pick - Traded to Patriots in exchange for WR Brandin Cooks
2019 1st Round Pick - Traded with Atlanta out of the 1st Round
2020/2021 1st Round Picks - Jalen Ramsey Trade
2022/2023 1st Round Picks- Matthew Stafford Trade

2024/2025 1st Round Picks for Whom?
