100% - because lamar's made tougher throws on the fade into tighter windows than that - von miller forced him to reset but with andrews getting that open you'd still expect lamar to make the throw

the thing that pisses me off about the penalty play is that it erases an absolute rope by lamar to make up for the miss on 1st down
