Personally, I really don't think Zuttah fits our current scheme. I'll take him if there aren't other cheap backups available, but I'd rather look elsewhere first. Hell, I'd rather turn to the few interior undrafted free agents we picked up rather than Zuttah right away.

I'm calling it again. Sign Nick Mangold. Whether you play him at center, or at guard, I don't care. With Lewis gone, I want Jensen or Mangold at guard! Hurst is a swing backup and as of right now is the only damn piece of depth that I can (not really. But he's close enough) depend on. Keep him that way. Jensen can hack it at either the LG or C spot.
Hell, sign Mangold and then get Zuttah to be a backup. We need to make multiple moves on the oline, which should have been the priority in the first place.. Then next offseason get a guard like Andrew Norwell in free agency and triple dip on the offensive line in the draft.

I agree he doesn't necessarily fit out scheme. However due to how late it is in the preseason, I'd be ok with him as depth.

Well we need to go make moves. Hurst playing guard(LOL. We are so fucked) shows that we have 0 depth. Which is very concerning. I'd prefer Mangold, or Zuttah. Looks like Howard is set at RT. But I wouldn't mind Pasztor either.

In our scheme, I'd rather have Elumenor start over Hurst and Zuttah at guard. It seems that we are content with playing Howard at RT over Hurst, which is fine. But I'd rather have Skura, or Elumenour do it.
But next season we better go get an Andrew Norwell type player and pay him top dollar, and then draft a bunch of dudes.
We are desperate for depth at this point.

Harbaugh called Hurst a very smart and athletic guy. He thinks he can play T or G. He said he can really move his feet.
