Does the OL have like blocking mentalities? Either they are going all out in the run game or all out in the pass game?

I do not know why Drake is allowed to run it when Hill is in play. Drake goes down when anyone taps him whereas Hill keeps the feet moving.
 
These last 2 blocks by Project Pat for Lamar runs outside were awesome - just holds one guy in place while getting in the way of Jordan. Both times.
