I know this has been a popular theory among some but I doubt it, to some extent of course. Don't think Bisciotti's green lighting a fully guaranteed deal or anything, but if EDC and Lamar agree to terms that might be considered more realistic, he's not stopping it. His only meddling is saying fuck the Browns for giving that Watson deal out.
