Sounds to me like he’s mad at people. They’re the worst!Lamar sounds pretty mad . But maybe deep down he’s mad at himself for mismanaging his contract negotiations.
Me too, the Ravens have typically not had these situations. Sizzle is the only one I can think of that comes close. And I feel bad for all the other players that have to live this crap. Like, what about their careers.I really fucking hate all of this lol. Ugh
Sounds like he fed up with all the bs thats being said in the media which even us fans are tired of all..Lamar sounds pretty mad . But maybe deep down he’s mad at himself for mismanaging his contract negotiations.
Bro if he goes to Tampa I will be upset only because I’m trying to take my 7 year old to games this year. Kyle Trasik tickets are going to be a hell of a lot cheaper than Lamar ticketsLamar not going no where.. if its not tampa or atl i cant see him leaving..
Yeah it says something about his character. I try to keep an open mind about all of this because I believe he’s had some bad advice along the way. Had he hired an agent and just focus on what he does best this situation would not exist right now. I mean the business side of football is not always pretty and I just don’t think he knew what he was getting himself into by acting as his own agent.I gotta admit, Lamar’s handling of this situation is souring my opinion of him, I’m beginning to wanna just trade him because goddamn, he’s a bit of a fucking idiot…
From the get go people were beating up the F/O. Its obviously a complicated deal, but this has always been a class organization that players speak highly of, so I just couldn’t get behind the cheap or disrespectful narrative. It’s never been our MO, even when we know someone is gone we wish them well and don’t stand in the way of them exploring other options.Me too, the Ravens have typically not had these situations. The Ravens have never had anything close to this ugly contract negotiations. Because of that , I’ll give the Front Office the benefit of the doubt on this one .From the get go people were beating up the F/O. Pretty much. He could theoretically get cut after year 3, which is true of literally every contract not named Watson. So basically it was only 133 guaranteed which was probably paid by year 3 thats why he said “ 3yr 133” but then can and would likely get cut after year 3?
Well, based on the contract offer, if he got hurt, he wouldn't get cut. The injury guarantees for year 4 kick in next year, so if he was hurt, he'd still get paid.he wants more guaranteed thats all.. you think he wanna continue to get used up like he has been these past 4 seasons only to get hurt and cut after yr 3? If yall gonna continue to run me to death give me a little bit more gtd money that way we both got something to lose
fuck Jamison, but it makes you wonder
I gotta admit, Lamar’s handling of this situation is souring my opinion of him, I’m beginning to wanna just trade him because goddamn, he’s a bit of a fucking idiot…
Pretty much agree with this. The Ravens have their own business model. They have rarely ever wavered. They have always been fair paying players who fit their requirements of character and talent. Are they cheap? Depends on your perspective I suppose, but I would say they have been successfully thrifty. From the get go people were beating up the F/O. Same. I’m perfectly fine with going into negotiations agentless, but you gotta know what you’re doing. Lamar not only doesn’t know what he’s doing, but also it appears he hasn’t bothered to educate himself about shitYeah it says something about his character. Maybe the Ravens Front Office feels the same way.I gotta admit, Lamar’s handling of this situation is souring my opinion of him, I’m beginning to wanna just trade him because goddamn, he’s a bit of a fucking idiot…
