Lamar Jackson

i mean joe is 29th in the league in completion percentage - that's probably why
the only 4 qualifying qbs lower in that metric are 3 rookies (josh allen, josh rosen, sam darnold) and blake bortles

Well we are also in a weird year where everyone seems to be around 70% completion percentage , so many offenses are running these dink and dunk offenses where they scheme guys open on short bubble screens and trips formations with exotic looks... our offense has been behind the curve in passing for a while and I can say it’s Joes fault as if he couldn’t run those offenses when there’s been zero attempts to do so.

That's great and all but we played the two worst rushing Ds in the nfl and ATL is 27th in rushing we cant keep doing this once a team shuts it down which it's the NFL it will happen then what we have seen Lamar miss so many throws that are not drink and dunk tosses the last three weeks and everyone wants to praise his throw to mark Andrew's vs the raiders but Mark was wide open he has missed so many easy throws I can think of three to John brown alone just yesterday we will get demolished by good teams with him at the helm period you can see it I hope I'm wrong I really do but it's the truth not that Joe is the person I want to be running the offense if I had a choice we would have an Aaron Rodgers or Tom brady or drew brees but Joe is the best quarterback on this team period I dont mind Lamar being more involved but Joe should start

question, is your judgement of lamar due to you comparing him to all time greats ?

Before not playing for a month he was a top 10 qb stats wise obviously we dont know his stats had he played these past three weeks which is why I dont understand everyone saying he played poorly I'll give you the Steelers and Panthers game more so the Panthers game imo

I get Lamar is exciting and new but anyone who has watched the NFL and knows football knows this will not last and if we try our luck doing it against the chiefs that'll probably be the game Lamar has a meltdown he literally isnt ready for a game like that Atlanta had no crowd yesterday arrow head is going to be rocking Sunday and it wont be pretty

But if I'm wrong I'll come here and say I was wrong it's not that I dont want him to succeed I just dont see it ending well this year THIS YEAR

Again that’s false pretenses

Would we have been 4-5 with Lamar had he started week 1? Better? Worse? Don’t know. But we faced some really good teams in that stretch. I don’t think Joe starting woukdnhave resulted in losing the last three. Maybe against the Falcons.

Lamar is great in that we have a running game finally and that helps him and the defense and the TOP which is really how we’ve won the last three games. But that doesn’t mean he’s a good quarterback. I expect my quarterbacks to quarterback.

The team might be better with Lamar because against average or bad teams we can dominate with running the ball and good defense. And I’m fine with that but that’s not a testament to Lamar as a quarterback.
We played some really great teams? Like who? Browns? Bengals? Steelers? Bills? Broncos? Titans? Panthers who after beating us have absolutely sucked? News flash. We played 1 “really good” team this entire year. Starting 4-5 is inexcusable.

Weird the Broncos are in the thick of the playoffs and so are the titans they have both beat some very good teams

I don't get this argument. The Bengals were in good shape in week 2, the Steelers are a perennially good team, the Saints are a Super Bowl contender for sure and the Broncos, Titans, Panthers are all playoff contenders at this point.

Lamar has only played three real bottom feeders of the league considering where the Bengals are at this point and that they didnt have AJ green the only reason we are winning by two scores is because the D has scored twice the last two games and special teams scored against the raiders other than that these are very tight games against bad teams and they're mainly bad on D and we have played some good offense especially Atlanta our D is showing out

You don’t get this argument? Really? So you’re trying to tell me the Broncos titans and panthers are “really good teams” lmaooooooooo

Titans, bengals, browns, panthers all suck. You lying
To yourself if you think otherwise.may be tough games for us but they all suck.
