That’s cool. Hopefully he is getting healthy—we’ll need him if we are to make a deep run. I don’t think our offense is as effective without him threatening teams deep. Not that Lamar is bad just I think we need that deep threat to keep them honest.

i really get the impression that he might have an eidetic memory (or similar) just with the way he processes information so quickly and recognises situations - he seems to retain information and react so seamlessly and rarely makes the same mistake twice

the way he processes information post-snap is better than any young qb ive ever seen

and I think I have heard he has a photographic memory. Just wish I remember where I read that, but it was early in the season.

Kj hamler is another beautiful fit here, really similar to smith and I can’t really decide who I would prefer, I lean Smith because he’s clearly better coached coming from Alabama, but hamler appears slightly more explosive and slightly larger, but those differences really being minimal.

I like him too but he's only a sophomore.
