Why would our FO jeopardize Lamar's trust and leak it. In terms of skills he's been the best Qb in our history. No reason to leak.

schefter was sitting on it and josina had the info i think since friday - josina's got someone in the building at a pretty high level it seems - doesnt always break stuff but always has the extra details and info that others dont get

This isn't going to break any trust. There's a reason why "fair" has been included multiple times. Just a way to appease the fans.

Either way , the leak can create animosity . I don’t like it at all . I Find it hard to believe DeCosta & Co. would leak .

It’s wild. Bengal fans are always obnoxiously optimistic, not just this past year, they always are. Burrow looks awful yesterday and they’re supportive saying he’ll bounce back, still the goat, etc.

Imagine if Lamar had 5 turnovers, people would be saying he’s a bust, figured out, don’t pay him, etc. Its mind boggling, we are blessed with one of the winningest QBs to start out, an unanimous MVP, and some people say we can’t win with him completely ignoring the entire team being hurt last year.

Imagine if he had Burrow’s weapons. Bengal fans got upset over a claim that Lamar does more than Burrow with less, they tried to say Burrow making the super bowl as a 6 seed and Lamar not winning a playoff game as a 1 seed is proof that isn’t true. Like wtf, how did we become a 1 seed? It’s crazy to me that people still doubt Lamar and whether or not he’s worth a franchise QB contract. It’s insane

I am sorry but if you told me I had to pay 5 years full guaranteed I would turn that down as well. At that point I take the 3 1s and the multiple 2s I get from a trade and try to draft a winner especially considering next years class.
