He shouldn't have been given the chance to step down but his bitch ass is gone. GOOD!!

That’s a lot of chairs currently open at OC in the nfl. Are the Ravens the most desirable?

Ok a sigh of relief

didnt hate roman at all - in fact at times i was a big fan of his - and you can never take away from the fact that he was the key architect for probably the most fun season we'll ever have (until it was abruptly over) in 2019

but it was getting stale and the idea of running it back another year was building a sense of dread

not happiness, not sadness, relief is the exact right word

and now excitement for what's next

About the most fair summary on the situation

Ok so who becomes the guy? That's the big question.

guys i think we should be interviewing (if they're amenable)

Brian Johnson (Eagles QB coach and former Florida OC)
Joe Brady (Bills QB coach and former Panthers and LSU OC)
Frank Reich
Pep Hamilton
Klint Kubiak
Matt Nagy

and obviously if the Bieniemy rumours are true that he might looking for a lateral move somewhere away from Reid, then you have to make sure you interview him

and you've got to let James Urban, Tee Martin etc. have a fair shake at an interview too

this is the first time we'll be interviewing properly for a new OC since we hired Marc Trestman... Marty was an interim guy who took-over long-term and Roman succeeded him without much of a process

Byron Leftwich?

Love these names! Would also love Bieniemy accepting a lateral

Hahahaa didn’t know much about him other than the Bucs were second in scoring in ‘21 and then just completely deteriorated

…but maybe he can bring over Mike ;)
