I think pretty impressive given his work with Geno Smith then before that Russell Wilson then as a wide receiver coach he was instrumental in the development of Doug Baldwin, Golden Tate, Jermaine Kearse, and Paul Richardson. When he was the passing game coordinator I think The Seahawks passing attack was ranked first overall in the league as well.He basically has a more accomplished resume than some if not all of the candidates that don't have any offensive coordinator experience.

Apparently they really wanted Ryans , but he turned them down. I believe John Harbs was their other choice. I Suppose it makes them look a little desperate to pivot the last minute to Peyton and pay a hefty price as well

One was telling early I'm the season Lamar runs too much and was trying to trash his passing yards numbers. So asked how many tds he has and he named total tds (rushing and passing). The double standard was crazy because Hurts was a top 5 in yards at the time but Lamar I think had double his tds thrown. Then when Hurts passing decreased he brought up rushing yards and tds. Some of these fans are true idiots. So I asked him about Hurts putting up a whopping 125 yards with all those weapons vs the Niners and he said "he opens up the rpo for everyone else".

They have a little inferiority complex going with ppl bringing up their path to the super bowl and downplaying the 31 points on the 49ers D. Well now they get a hobbled Mahomes haha
 
For what it's worth, only 5 of the top 10 defenses made the playoffs this year.

However, 9 out of the top 10 offenses made it. The one offense that didn't was the Lions and they could've made it had the final week turned out differently
