Ok don't know who Scott Elliot is but I'm happy to see John move on from Saunders. I also think Taggert is a good hire for RB coach.
Tee Martin is now QB coach which is VERY INTERESTING to me. They must really like him. I wasn't sold one way or another. Kinda similar to Bobby Engram. But this has implications.
Who will be the new WR coach? Maybe Dubb?
What will happen to Urban? Going to Cleveland?
What is happening to Ver Steeg?

I've heard it's a speculation based on previous Stefanski's attempt to hire him. Apparently they are good friends, too.

I hope so.
I know some Ravens fans seemed to really like him, for some mysterious reason, but, every year, Lamar would come back from working with his personal QB coach and start each season with better and more consistent mechanics and they would deteriorate as the season progressed.
If that's not a sign that your QB coach isn't doing his job, I don't know what is.

Is Keith Williams still about? It seems like he'd be a fit for the job. Last year wasn't encouraging but Engram had 4 years of bad results in the job.
