This is a tad early for McDonald. I am resigned to making the Eagles' picks at their spots. Ideally, I'd take him in the early 2nd. But with the loss of two pass rushers, I felt it necessary to address it with someone that has a worrisome floor but also an intriguing upside. McDonald was played out of position at Iowa State. He first caught my eye during the Senior Bowl. He was soundly beating multiple highly touted tackles within seconds of the snap. I think he should find a good home on the edge in Philadelphia.
