Last week in the NFL saw a TIE between the Steelers and Browns meaning the victory fridges in Cleveland remain closed, a surprising upset in the Big Easy by Ryan Fitzpatrick, the Jets flying high and a regretful Matt Patricia who probably wishes he stayed in New England.

Chargers @ Bills: Nathan Peterman circled this game on his calendar, looking for revenge until he was benched for Josh Allen. Josh Allen gets his first start in the NFL against a banged up Chargers defense. The Chargers every year fake us out and we think that it will be their year but if last week was any indication, same old Chargers. Chargers should be a survival lock here considering how bad Buffalo is but I said the same thing about the Saints last week... speaking of.

Browns @ Saints: After a shocking home loss to the Ryan Fitzpatrick led Bucs, the Saints now face a Cleveland Browns defense coached by their old defensive coordinator, Gregg Williams. The Browns ended up in a tie with the Steelers in week one, which is the Browns best start since 2004! The Browns will be without DE Emmanuel Ogbah in this game but they look to have similar turnover success against Drew Brees much like they did with Big Ben. Will this be the week the victory fridges full of Bud Light be open in Cleveland?

Dolphins @ Jets: After playing in the longest NFL game in history, the Miami Dolphins travel to the Meadowlands to face off against the a Jets defense that intercepted Matthew Stafford five times on Monday Night. Sam Darnold started his NFL career with a touchdown..... for the Lions. Darnold rebounded to finish 16 of 21 with two touchdowns and looks to repeat that against Miami. The Jets have a chance here to show they can finally compete with the Pats now that they have a good QB at the helm, a win here and another defensive performance against Ryan Tannehill may make people start to turn heads and take notice.

Vikings @ Packers: Aaron Rodgers proved last week that he is indeed the GOAT, and looks for revenge against the Vikings who ended his season last year. Rodgers and WR Davante Adams are listed as questionable but most likely will play in this big NFC North match up. The Vikings defense looks to keep Rodgers in check much like they did with Jimmy G last week and move to a 2-0 start in a tough road trip in Green Bay.

Chiefs @ Steelers: The Steelers ended week one in a TIE with the Cleveland Browns, meanwhile Patrick Mahomes showed why the Chiefs traded up for him in the 2017 Draft. Mahomes shredded the Chargers defense for 256 yards and 4 TDs as he and Tyreek Hill have already developed great chemistry. This doesn't bode well for a Steelers defense who will likely be without Joe Haden in their secondary. They will have to build off James Conner's momentum from last week especially with Big Ben being listed as questionable. The Chiefs have not had much success against the Steelers in recent years and look to change that as the Chiefs last victory in Pittsburgh over the Steelers came December 21st, 1987 in Three Rivers Stadium.

Panthers @ Falcons: Matt Ryan now has his Cam Cameron in Steve Sarkisian who apparently does not know Julio Jones is on his team. It doesn't help they just lost two key defenders in safety Keanu Neal and LB Deion Jones leaving them open to what could be a good day for Cam Newton and the Carolina offense. Panthers can get a jump start on the NFC South with a huge win here against the Falcons.

Eagles @ Buccaneers: As long as the Eagles have their defense keeping the game close, Nick Foles will have a chance to win the game. Enter Ryan Fitzpatrick, the man who shredded the great Saints defense last week for four touchdowns and 417 yards. Eagles will be without Darren Sproles and Alshon Jeffery for the offense while Tampa won't have Brent Grimes and first round pick Vita Vea. Can Fitzmagic find ways to shred the Eagles defense much like the Saints and get the Bucs off to a surprising 2-0 start?

Texans @ Titans: The Titans will attempt a 2 QB system this week against the Texans as Mike Vrabel has said there is a chance both Mariota and Gabbert could play this week with Mariota dealing with an elbow injury. The good news for the Titans is they will have rookies Rashaan Evans and Harold Landry at their disposal after both missed week one due to injuries. The bad news is they will be without Taylor Lewan and with Jack Conklin still recovering from 2017's ACL tear, meaning JJ Watt and Clowney will be all up in the QB's face(whoever that may be) all game long.

Colts @ Redskins: If you want to know where the fountain of youth is, ask Adrian Peterson who rushed for 96 yards against the Cardinals defense in week one. Alex Smith meanwhile threw for 255 yards and the Colts defense should be worried about the same happening to them. Andrew Luck returned last week and will be playing behind an unprecedented 37th DIFFERENT OFFENSIVE LINE COMBINATION! Anthony Castonzo is once again out, right tackle J'marcus Webb is on IR. I imagine the new look Redskins defensive line that contains Jonathon Allen and Da'Ron Payne will make life hectic for Luck this week.

Cardinals @ Rams: It doesn't get any better for the Cardinals hoping to rebound playing the LA Rams on the road. After being caught off guard by Oakland in the first half, the Rams adjusted and shut them out in the second half in a dominant victory. Could this be the game that brings out Josh Rosen to the rookie quarterback festival in 2018 as Sam Bradford didn't look good against the Redskins last week.

Lions @ 49ers: Both teams look to rebound after a disappointing week one as the 49ers host the Detroit Lions. Matt Patricia probably wishes he pulled a Josh McDaniels and backed out of his deal in Detroit. Jimmy G looked like a QB who no longer surprises defenses and has enough game film on him to stop him and keep him in check. Detroit is hoping Matthew Stafford can rebound in a big way after his performance on Monday Night. Who will record their first win of the 2018 season?

Raiders @ Broncos: The Raiders stunk it up last week at home as the Jon Gruden makeover begins in Oakland. This week the Raiders travel to Mile High to play the Denver Broncos who look to make things interesting in the AFC West. Gruden wants to see more pass rush from the Raiders and he may just get it, but not from the Raiders. The Broncos D took advantage of a bad Seahawks O-Line and recorded 6 sacks, three of which were by Von Miller! He's already called out franchise quarterback Derek Carr saying he wants him to throw the ball away more than he did last week. Things are off to a rocky start for Gruden and could get worse facing Von Miller and company on Sunday.

Patriots @ Jaguars: In a AFC Championship rematch and possibly preview for the AFC Title game this year, the Pats head to Jacksonville to take on the Jaguars. The Jags were so close to the Super Bowl, only if Myles Jack never was down and the Jags defense never let Tom Brady do his usual comeback routine. This time, the winner of this game could determine where the AFC Title game is played at come January. The Jags defense kept the aging Eli Manning in check while containing rookie running back Saquon Barkley as well. If the Jags can do what they did last week, there's a high chance this rematch will once again be played in Jacksonville in January.

Giants @ Cowboys: In the same week we have Vikings vs Packers and Patriots vs Jaguars, we get Giants vs Cowboys for Sunday Night Football?!? I get the rivalry is historic but we have to sit through the 2018 Giants vs the 2018 Cowboys? The Giants looked stupid for passing on Sam Darnold, Eli's age has caught up to him, Dak Prescott has been exposed for not being a good QB and the Cowboys once great offensive line is in shambles. Who wins? Maybe we have our second tie in a row here.

Seahawks @ Bears: If Russell Wilson wasn't such a gifted athlete and a very good mobile QB, he probably would have been in Andrew Luck's position by now. After what the Broncos pass rush did to the Seahawks offensive line last week, I don't want to know what Khalil Mack could do to them. The Bears defense has the makings of something really special but they got to get the offense going who stalled after putting up 20 points on the board against the Packers.

Some injury news heading into the games.....

- Adam Schefter says Titans QB Marcus Mariota still isn't able to grip a football normally, which likely means Blaine Gabbert is starting for the Titans.

- The Patriots will be without RT Marcus Cannon as the Pats have a tough Jags D looking to take down Brady.

- Falcons RB Devonta Freeman has been ruled out against Carolina and could miss up to 3 weeks with a knee injury.

- The Seahawks Defense takes a hit with Bobby Wagner, LB KJ Wright, and CB Tre Flowers have all been ruled out for Monday Night.

- Steelers will be without RG David DeCastro has he is dealing with a broken hand. Steelers also may not have their top two corners in Joe Haden(doubtful) and Artie Burns(questionable), meaning Mahomes may just repeat what he did to the Chargers.

Well, I’ve got $350 on the Chargers...so uh just need a repeat performance from their LOSS last week to beat the Bills.

The Chargers actually outgained the Chiefs and if not for a couple costly plays they honestly outplayed the chiefs. Kinda worried but not really worried

Eagles getting hit with injuries in the game against Tampa. RB Jay Ajayi left the game with a back injury leaving Philly with only two healthy running backs in Corey Clement and Wendell Smallwood. Mike Wallace left the game with an ankle injury.
