I kind of figured starting Sam Howell was Washington's way of tanking. I mean their new owner did come from the 76ers who purposely tanked for a higher lottery pick. Like I said... "Trust The Process" has made its way to Washington.

I think it’s weird EB would take a tank job though considering he needs to build his resume.
