Thursday Night Football
Lions @ Packers:
Thursday Night Football kicks off with a NFC North Showdown as the Detroit Lions head to Lambeau Field to take on Jordan Love and the Packers. Both teams are 2-1, coming off wins last week and Green Bay seeks revenge for the Lions knocking them out of the playoffs last season. Jordan Love made sure his first start at Lambeau Field was one to remember as he brought the Packers back from a 17-0 deficit to stun the New Orleans Saints in an 18-17 victory. Remember when Green Bay couldn't stop Atlanta's run game in week one? Detroit figured out how to do that and held Atlanta to just six points, the lowest in the Dan Campbell era. The winner of this game gets bragging rights and a head start on the Division race that looks to be a two team race early on.

Sunday Early Games
Falcons @ Jaguars:
The International Series kicks off in London as the Jacksonville Jaguars play host to the Atlanta Falcons. Both teams are looking to find any kind of offense as the Houston Texans defense held their own against Trevor Lawrence and company, limiting them to just 17 points. Atlanta struggled against Detroit only putting up six points, and one has to wonder how much faith is ownership and the team losing with Desmond Riddler. We see they are built to run the ball, but when that didn't work last week it meant more pressure on the young quarterback. Jacksonville's offensive struggles are going to start getting worrisome, a team that was poised to take the next step has failed to do so. Only scoring more than 20 points once this season, the Jaguars are hoping to find some kind of answer to their struggles.

It doesn't get any easier for Atlanta given the Jaguars are in the top three when it comes to stopping the run. Atlanta will have to rely on Desmond Riddler in the passing game and that may spell trouble for the Falcons.

Ravens @ Browns: It's getting tiresome every week writing the same ol' thing about the Ravens, injuries, offensive struggles, more injuries, even more injuries. While the Ravens got a boost in practice on Wednesday, the return of Ronnie Stanley & Tyler Linderbaum would be great going against Myles Garrett and the Browns defense. The Ravens struggling offense looks to get going against a Cleveland defense that has allowed the fewest first downs in the NFL through three weeks, 21. Only allowing third downs 36% of the time, the Ravens must crack the code and manage to win to give themselves some momentum heading into back to back divisional road games.

Limited by his right shoulder, Deshaun Watson might not be at full strength which should allow the Ravens defense to take advantage of potential lack of arm strength. Watson hasn't performed well this season, and with the Ravens also struggling on offense, this has the makings of a good defensive battle that ends in a Justin Tucker redemption game.

Dolphins @ Bills: You know when you say an expression but your friend takes it literally? That's how you sum up last week's Dolphins win over the Broncos. We didn't mean to beat a dead horse... literally. 70 points were put up by Miami last week, the fourth game in NFL history to to have a 70+ point game. A bunch of other records were broken and Tua is ready to sit atop the throne in the AFC East. To do so, he must defeat the current Kings in Josh Allen and the Buffalo Bills. After a win against Washington, Buffalo looks to get a crucial win in the AFC East to keep their spot atop the division. This very well could be the game of the week, and a game that will truly test Mike McDaniels to see if the Dolphins are ready to take that next step and become true contenders. As for that contract extension for Tua? Miami, it's a Love Story just say Yes.

Broncos @ Bears: You have to love a good ol' fashioned Tank Bowl where the winner potentially loses out on the first pick and the winner potentially comes away with a Franchise Quarterback. How Vance Joseph still has a job after his defense allowed 70 points is beyond me. Both teams are 0-3, likely looking at coaching changes during the season or after the season, it's a matter of who Caleb Williams' Dad thinks is lessing deserving to have his son play for them. We'll look Back to December come April and wonder which team was Caleb Williams truly avoiding.

Bengals @ Titans: Remember when I said the Titans were foolish signing DeAndre Hopkins thinking they could still compete with Ryan Tannehill at Quarterback? I imagine soon a change at Quarterback will be happening soon, perhaps as soon as this game or the next game. Joe Burrow is hobbling around but he'll Shake It off while the defense does the heavy lifting. There will be plenty of Teardrops On Guitars throughout Broadway following this one.

Rams @ Colts:

Buccaneers @ Saints:

Commanders @ Eagles:

Vikings @ Panthers: On one hand, the Vikings cut Adam Theilen and he's avoided the 0-3 start they are in. On the other, the Panthers are also 0-3 and one of them is going to get a win in Carolina on Sunday. Poor Kirk Cousins, he's doing everything he can but simply it isn't enough. Kirk currently leads the league in passing touchdowns and passing yards, yet the Vikings lead the league in turnovers and that's where everything has gone wrong. At 0-3, playoff chances are slim but in a weak conference it is quite possible if they can turn things around quick starting Sunday.

Bryce Young is looking to be ready to go on Sunday as Andy Dalton almost led Carolina to a road win in Seattle last week, while Young was out with an ankle injury. Will Carolina rally at home and drop Minnesota to a 0-4 record for the first time since 2011, or will Cousins and company finally put it all together for their first win of the season?

Steelers @ Texans: I know Ohio State Quarterbacks don't do well in the NFL but CJ Stroud is a different animal. Stroud currently has the third highest passing yard total for a rookie through three games with 906 yards, and his 121 pass attempts without an interception set a new record for rookie quarterbacks surpassing Warren Moon. Stroud is setting himself apart but that Texans offensive line is banged up and will be without Laremy Tunsil and Josh Jones on Sunday. That will open the door for TJ Watt and company to wreck havoc for the rookie quarterback. Keeping him upright will be key to winning this game, Pittsburgh leads the league in sacks with 13 through three weeks. As for the Steelers offense, if all else fails? Blame Canada!

Sunday Late Games

Raiders @ Chargers:
Officially, Jimmy G has been ruled out for this game and still hasn't cleared concussion protocol. The Raiders have yet to name a starter but it will either be veteran Brian Hoyer or fourth round rookie Aidan O'Connell likely to start. The Chargers meanwhile continue dealing with their annual injury issues and won't have Joey Bosa or Derwin James on Sunday. Brandon Staley may have survived last week with a win over the Vikings, but a loss to the Raiders with a backup quarterback? Perhaps the Raiders' ownership group has a Quarterback available to play.... just saying.

Patriots @ Cowboys

Cardinals @ 49ers: The Cardinals are out to shock the world, new Head Coach, no Kyler Murray and are 1-2 when they could easily be 3-0 right now. How are the Cardinals keeping games close? By giving the ball to James Conner who has rushed for over 200 yards in the past two games and looks to keep momentum going against a 49ers run defense who will get it's first true test of the season. Stopping Conner means putting the game in the hands of Josh Dobbs, and if the 49ers can do that then they will win the game. The 49ers offense just has to keep doing what it's been doing, scoring lots of points. We are going to find out just how good the Cardinals are on Sunday in this NFC West Showdown.

Sunday Night Football:
Chiefs @ Jets:
I will stick to football, no more Taylor Swift songs, just football talk. Something tells me the New York Jets knew Zach Wilson was Trouble... damn it. I understand a Head Coach isn't going to outright throw a player under the bus, but it's over. Whatever Sparks that were flying...I did it again. Saleh sticking his neck out for Wilson is a move that will have Jets ownership telling him at the end of the season, we are never ever Getting Back Together, damn it. At this point... suffice to say we will never get Aaron Rodgers vs Patrick Mahomes ever and Taylor Swift is about to take over the NFL. Help us all.

Monday Night Football
Seahawks @ Giants:

Lions looking for real in the first half. I imagine this is what our offense would've done if Drake's bum ass didn't fumble but whatever.

Going from Rodgers to Love is really showing the short comings of the Packers offense. Love looks fine, but not someone that carries a team by himself the way Rodgers could. They will now actually need to get their QB some help.

That division is belongs to the Lions right now. It's just a matter of them not choking in the late season.
