Next Up: vs. Chiefs (AFC Championship)

we've also seen monken pull a few key plays last week from the Roman handbook too

those Lamar keepers with Ronnie lead blocking for him in space...
the roll-out play (as much as i hate it lol)

ironically i think we'll start to see more of that roman playbook come back into play as the lamar qb designed run game comes back into play this late in the year - it's the part of the offence that we've not really needed to go to... so much of lamar's rushing yardage this year has been on scrambles but we've not really used him as a designed run game threat until the texans game

can't wait til we see a properly executed inverted veer play either working off a jet motion from Zay or just purely off a shotgun/pistol formation

will especially funny if we're doing it with 2 TEs on the field with Andrews and Likely
Always felt like lamar was saving his legs for playoffs. We gonna need them mfs for these playoffs

Ugh I wanted a blackout. Still sexy tho

Blacks would have been sick considering a stealth bomber is doing the fly over

I am not triggered easily by talk on a chat. Everyone picking the Ravens that I have watched, I really don’t see why Ravens fans need to manufacture this fake disrespect. Lamar very well may end up being a better quarterback and end up being more accomplished than anyone else in his era. The truth is at this point he is not, that is not disrespectful just truth. It has even been written by several posters here. Regular season success means nothing for one game surely if you have watched football you would know that. The Chiefs are great at playing the disrespect victim card. We have been playing it since the first SB against the 49ers where we were given no chance to win. We heard it again last year when we were told that the Eagles were destined to smoke us. We will see what happens, that’s why we play the game.
I don't think anyone is truly disrespectful of Mahomes, the chiefs or Andy reid. Very well coached team and a great qb, obviously. You aren't a great team if you don't make it to the Championship game 6 straight times.

I don’t think they care. My co worker is a chief fan.. doesn’t think they’ll win but isn’t stressing because he knows they’ll back back next year. MFrs have been to so many afc championships they’ve become numb to it
I mean to be fair I would feel the same way if I were in their shoes. They bungled the OLine by signing a penalty prone T, bungled the WR room having one of the worst groups in the league, and are still in the AFC Championship game.

The argument that I buy into is: if not this year then when? I’m picking the Ravens and betting them because if not this year, then what year would they lose?

For all of Veach’s success as a gm the tackle situation was a head scratcher and really disappointing. Brown was not good as a LT last year and was saved often by McKinnon who was a great blocker as a back. I was glad to see him go, but his upgrade has many warts. He made another big mistake with receiver.

Actually when you talk about manufacturing disrespect I can’t think of a better example than Kelce and his yelling after last years super bowl.

Dam, why cant it be perfect weather for these games
Exactly , I’m not trying to watch sloppy football and a reduced playbook because of shit weather.

Updated Weather: 90% chance of rain, high of 48 and winds at 10 to 15 MPH. Steady rain late in the evening.

So expect ticket prices to start dropping if you were waiting like me.
God damn it, earlier the rain was going to stop in the afternoon

Kelce has always been a douche, but to be fair the Bengals fans and Mayor primed that pump with their BS. Eagles fans made it even worse

yeah, agree that orlando brown isn't a good lt and should be a right tackle, but Taylor.....wtf.
