More of a fuck Melvin Gordon thing I'd guess - they had no trust in him. Veteran was available that late and you could get him for basically nothing.

I can agree with this. Darby and Worley on the back end are a must and dammit I want to see Clowney back.

With some teams like Buffalo and Denver going on a rebuild almost, cutting a lot of high salary players. It makes you realize how quick things happen in the NFL. Russell Wilson was traded to Denver just two years ago, now he's released and looking for a new team. Then you see what Buffalo is doing and they are rebuilding their whole defense, feels like next season could be even more crazy than this season.
