Ramsey definitely plays with arrogance and confidence. As much as I like to prioritize the OLine. That was a small price to get a difference maker like Ramsey. And who would it of costed?? Choir boy Kufusi??

I'll make it simple if the Ravens had Ramsey instead of Stanley they have 1-2 less wins.
You have an elite secondary and am OLine with holes, which one is really the priority.
Douglas is starting out of necessity, he hasn't been downright horrible but he's been bad.

So are you saying Humph is gonna be the best cornerback from his draft outside of Lattimore?? And the best pick we coulda made with that pick?? If that happens it is awesome. But I definitely wouldn't wager on that lol

If you start comparing humph to another position it is going to be subjective if they both are good players. Now comparing him to other cb in this draft that were available. I agree with him. You also have to take into account fit.
Is he going to be better than the 240 players selected before him? Highly probable not. But nothing forbids him from being the best CB of this class after Lattimore.
Let’s put it this way, he’s going to be better than Reshard Robinson, just sayin. Different draft, yes, but he’ll be better.

Only shot he has of being better than Robinson is if he has drama probs away from the game. He is only a dude in a long line that fans talk themselves into believing he is great. I said perriman was a loser and Paul Richardson Marqise and Agholor were all better with similar resistance on the old board. Coaches will eventually have to give him tougher assignments. And his deficiencies will show up!! Coaches can't protect him with easy assignments forever!! Better than every cornerback in this draft next to Lattimore is quite optimistic. Lattimore is the newest fan project.
Well I always liked Lattimore best out of the cb in this class, but Humphrey was a close 2nd. This isn’t a new thing for me.

I would be happy if he is the NO.2 cornerback in this draft. Cuz it is a very deep draft. Boy would I of liked to have Lattimore!!

Humph was actually your dream pick?? At that spot. Latts wasn't even my favorite player to draft there. It was Hooker. Latts was my fav cornerback should we of went that route. If Hooker wasn't available I was in favor of trading down and taking Robinson. Definitely didn't want Humphrey at 16. To deep a draft for cornerbacks to take one that isn't an elite talent. The draft was so deep at cornerback. There is gonna be several drafted after him to be better cornerbacks.
For cb, he was my 2nd favorite player in the draft. Myles Garrett was my favorite player. I also liked Hassan Reddick and Barnett a lot.
I only posted the Garfield pic because you said you really wanted Lattimore. Well you were dreaming as I was for Garrett. Lol

i have multiple problems with what you have just written:
1) lattimore wasnt available at our pick
2) hooker wasnt available at our pick
3) sidney jones was injured and we already have enough injury problems
4) marlon humphrey has played better than every other corner drafted below him so far
5) cam robinson has been good at jax but nothing special and anyway would be playing guard for us anyway rather than tackle
6) the draft did have a lot of depth at cb so let's examine some other rookie cb performances outside of lattimore looking incredible and humphrey playing exceedingly well too...
- adoree jackson is a dynamic weapon but has been disappointing in coverage especially in zone
- gareon conley has only played in like 3 games all year but was part of an awful secondary when he did play
- tredavious white has been a great pick in the bills scheme and better than expected in press but isnt really a fit for the ravens scheme and even so hasnt particularly outplayed humphrey
- kevin king has been ok for the packers
- shaq griffin has been ok for the seahawks
- quincy wilson hasnt been used much (nor have a lot of corners)
- nate hairston has been a pleasant surprise and has outplayed his draft position but he still isnt as dynamic as humphrey
- rasul douglas has been good and bad in spells pretty equally and has fed off the incredible front 7 wide 9 they have there in philly - he may well end up at safety once ronald darby and sidney jones come into the team (christ this eagles team is going to be even better next year)
outside of lattimore and hairston (that one surprises me), marlon humphrey has the lowest passer rating out of rookie cbs in the league when targeted by opposing qbs
just like i really wanted barnett lol and hooker too - glad we didnt get hooker in hindsight with the injury troubles continuing but derek barnett going 2 spots ahead of us really killed me on draft night lol

Yeah I figured as much lol. But he wasn't my dream player. That was hooker. Followed by Latts and Robinson. If I do have a dream for the ravens it is an Oline that strikes fear in opponents, even teams with fierce rushes. And has opponents worried so much over being mauled that he isn't thinking of his job like rushing the QB and stuffing the run.
Yes, Hooker as well was high on my list and I agree with the injury issues.
