His issues are akin to Richard Sherman's except Sherman never really let his ego undermine the team. The Jaguars across the board have this problem. They lack a good leader. Fournette is a good player. Problem is, even after they added Norwell, the oline is still garbage, the QB isn't helping out, he was hurt most of the year, and attitude. Nothing more.
