Only difference is that the Browns have a good interior O-line and Baker is great at extending plays. The Chargers' O-line is trash and if they don't fix their issues from the first game then Rivers is going to eat dirt again.

Stop putting Jefferson on crucial zone assignments, tell weddle to stop freelancing pre snap because he doesn’t have the wheels to recover.

If they’re in position, the blitz should get home and the disguise of the 2 safeties shouldn’t matter

Heres what I anticipate The Chargers game plan to be offensively:
1)They are going to preach the run game all week. This team can be run on and I expect them to be patient in their attempt to do so.
2) what worked for them last time? targeting their TE'S late was beginning to move the ball for them... we struggle..I expect Rivers to target their tight ends
3) I expect PLENTY of rubs and quick hit slants and crosses underneath.

It's going to be a good game. Obviously the Ravens will go to the film room and find a way to stop what the Browns.

In the fourth quarter the Browns showed a way slow down our run. I'd like to see how they counter it and think we will find a way.

the browns got that plan ironically from the chargers in our loss - it's just our pressure got home so quickly that rivers never had a chance to find the seam downfield

part of it is jefferson's eye discipline as the deep safety is not great

I believe Marlon and Weddle both mentioned the fact that the Browns gave them something they havent seen before and so it gives them something to work on this week I think it will be cleaned up or atleast i hope because the chargers have easily a better WR core than the Browns lol

they do have the more talented WR corps, but they arent the small quick guys our DBs usually struggle with imo

Even then he’s got a tendency to be flat footed at the exchange point. Jefferson has been a real liability, shit choice of contract. If we get a real center fielder type and use Jefferson to his strengths he can be a real weapon and a great fit for a defense that loves to blitz like us

chargers had an almost identical route combination the week before with keenan allen running free the way perriman was

Pertaining to Jefferson, I think it is absolutely necessary that we get ourselves a rangy FS this offseason, in which plenty will be available. Jefferson is excellent as a pure SS. Asking him to go deep as often as we do is a recipie for failure. He's nowhere near as bad as this e people on this forum make him out to be*cough* @purplepittabread88 *cough*. Part of it is we are relying on him to do too much. Big reason he excelled in Arizona is that Honey Badger took a ton of responsiblity. And he's a FA again. Wouldn't hurt to bring him in.

Oh and we're playing the chargers again "But Derwin James".

Get over it, he's a hell of a player but he's not on this team. Nothing we can do about it.

Im a big lamar fan but im not gonna ignore the fact that he cant throw.. yes he makes some good throws every so often but his accuracy has been inconsistent and for that, he cant throw
