Lamar Jackson, the Miscommunications, and the Refs

Didn't listen to any media today because I was busy with work but after watching some YouTube, it seems we got flamed across the board. I was not expecting that.

It’s been relentless
A lot of us weren't joking when we said that let Lamar fuck up in ANY WAY and the media will eat him up like piranhas. It's like they enjoy it when he makes a mistake.

I'm a critical guy. Usually highly critical. I did not expect based on how that game went that we were gonna see anything other wow the Ravens showed they are gonna be real contenders yet again this year.

Instead it was all Lamar can't throw the ball and we're kinda of a joke of a team and no one should be scared of us.

I kinda agree that we did look a bit like a joke with how bad our coaching was though.

It's so crazy everyone tells us we can't compete
I thought we were probably a lower seed playoff team before the game based on the tons of things that happened in the offseason. I think the media probably thought that too. But instead of actually using their eyes when they watched the game, they've chosen to use the outcome to reinforceme the preconceived idea instead of needing to obviously update the thought.

Really hoping a chase and Higgins less game is shaping up and burrow sucks and bengals blow it to the Patriots

I think given the opponent and the history it was to be expected that he would get roasted. LJ has to find some consistency in his passing game, especially in these “spotlight” moments, to get the benefit of the doubt when mistakes happen. Every QB has passing screw ups, but the best shine when it is most important.

if he had made any of these horrible throws and decisions Hurts and the highest paid QB in the league are doing right now he’d be crucified even more.
Hurts is so bad lol. Which kinda sucks because he seems like such a likable guy. On field he truly is the beta version of Lamar

Cant do it , got a $100 on the bengals so tomorrow I’m who Dey for a day

I’m going to be trying to win a golf tournament so I’ll miss some but don’t feel like watching them win an easy game anyway. I’ve been getting blasted all week about Burrow is way better than Lamar, you’ll never win a Super Bowl with Lamar, running back . Nonstop

tape doesnt lie

didnt see it on the broadcast but Andrews was doubled and tripled for much of the game

Once this OL gets their act together, he's gonna be alright. No way is this gonna keep happening all season long if Likely and Zay keep doing their thing (hopefully Bateman as well).

Is that a possibility? Are they both questionable?

Even if he signs a new contract today, Chase won't be in football shape for a couple of weeks. Cincy could be in serious trouble to start the year if Higgins is out
Eh, idk he’s still be practicing here and there. But I hope you’re right, the only thing that can cheer me up when Ravens lose is them losing
