Its not Marty's fault that the QB is one dimensional and that his skills involve either running it or throwing it up the middle.

Lamar definitely isn't doing anything to help him out and he deserves a lot of blame too, but the wheels are coming off because the offense appears to have no answers. The line is overmatched because the Chargers are daring the offense to pass and the receivers aren't even getting open regardless of Lamar's deficiencies. The defense can't stay off the field and is struggling because of it.

That’s exactly why it’s his fault. He has to formulate a gameplan and play calls based around the skill and talents of his players. Throughout all these weeks of playing with Lamar they’ve still never properly found a way to get J.Brown involved ( was also a problem for long stretches with Flacco) No smoke screens, pre-snap motion into a drag route ( like New England ).

The start of a game each team scripts about 15-20 plays and ours are still run-run pass.

Why is we haven’t seen these TEs utilized yet.
