Next Up: vs Steelers

And it is true that extremely occasionally when he's been beat recently he's been back turned. But that's been so rare post say week 4 honestly. And when the ball is thrown his way, the percent of the time it ends up on the ground is insanely high compared to nearly anyone in the league. I think I saw he actually has the lowest catch percentage of any CB in the league. Someone fact check that if it's wrong. But even if not true, the difference between he and Stephens couldn't be more dramatic. They're literal opposites in nearly every way

Also there’s a clear misunderstanding on this board about how certain coverages are supposed to be played on what techniques to use on certain plays too

Not every route and coverage call can result in a pick

It’s not always the right technique to turn your head back to the ball

My last thoughts going into this one is the storyline the pundits are missing here. Everyone is all up in Lamar' grill about the recent history record v.s Pitt, but fact is Lamar didn't play in 1/3 of them and he played more than well enough to win in another 1/3 of them. The actual constant over these 10 games or so is Tomlin crushing Harbaugh in 1 score games.

IMO, for those of us that actually follow the Ravens, a loss here is a bigger indictment on Harbs than on Lamar.

he's had his best games against us. He's also a penalty machine, so I'm hoping we finally get the best of him.
They don't call as many flags on him in Pittsburgh even tho he commits one most plays. Hopefully we have home / fair refs today and that'll be huge as I expect yards hard to come by
