They went after moral victories in the end, their defensive formations said “yall might beat us, but you ain’t gon just run out the clock on us!” We could ran few a simple play actions and went absolutely nuts on the scoreboard, but we chose to just keep making them step the run.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen an NFL defense that tired like the Steelers were to end the 1st half. Every single one of them was sucking wind, bent over, hands on hips, or taking a knee. Cam Heyward was contemplating retirement on the spot

tbf... with a 14 point lead, the 40 seconds on the playclock were more important than a potential 7 points - 2nd and 7 was a good outcome of first down on those final 2 drives because it let us run more and more clock

I think if you run a hybrid defense and already have a great traditional MLB, Patrick queen might be the best ILB2 you can find. He’s a pass rusher, and I think if he’s used correctly in a front where other backers can drop and cover, he could actually hit 10 sacks, he just has to be used as a pass rusher than can hit any gap on the front. If used traditionally he’s a complete liability

No way my folks are genetically baltimorons, I was the last generation raised in south Baltimore lol. I married into a steeler family, her folks are from Altoona, but her parents have been here for 35 years and they can’t help but love our team even if they say they’re Steelers fans
