Next Up: @ Bills (Divisional Round)

Are you actually confident this year? Your team has looked like ass nearly the whole year. Maybe a bit better like the last couple of weeks, but idk. Not a very flashy roster, a lot of injuries, and pedestrian QB play.
The Chiefs have started to look good just in time for the playoffs and please don't underestimate them. As a matter of fact, lets just win this week before we even consider being overconfident.

I'm not overconfident at all. The Bills can definitely beat us. They don't seem like a scary team because they don't have superstars outside of Allen. But any time Allen takes the field, they have a chance to win. Same with Lamar, Mahomes, and Burrow

Also home teams have a 73% win rate when he is the referee. Ravens have to play a clean game and can't revert to pre-bye week Ravens
That stat needs more context. What's the 2024 home win rate using all referees? What if that number was 75%? Then his crew would be 2% more favorable to the away team than average.

Not sure I trust this source but "Over 272 games in the 2024 season, home teams went 145-127, a .533 winning percentage (down from .555 in 2023)."

If the media and bills fans are correct and Allen is the only thing dragging this team to the divisional round then surely we should win just like week 4, it’s not sustainable to be super man every week in the playoffs

Unlike most of the Jack legs on Chiefs planet I am never confident. Most of those dickweeds only came on board when they realized Mahomes may be a winner. I still have the disappointment of Marty and others in my memory. 14-2 or 13-3 in regular season only to crap the bed in the playoffs. I am already tensed up for Saturday. I am glad it is Houston and not Denver or Chargers as division games are always a bitch.
You sure you glad it's Houston? Everyone said that last week and look what happened to the Chargers. Texans defense have held good quarterbacks to limited success. That was Allen's 9/30 game everyone talks about.

It really will be a different game. Bills fans talking down their roster is just like Ravens fans talking down their rosters to catapult their guy to win MVP. But the Bills were missing key defenders last time and a couple WRs. It was even before the Amari Cooper trade and that has helped open up the middle of the field for Shakir and other guys.

My biggest concern is with the offensive line.

I will always take a non division opponent. We have a tendency to let them hang around. I do imagine they hold us to 20-24 points. If Watson comes back for us and with a well rested Jones, I could see Stroud having a long day. If we don’t get the pressure we should generate it may turn out differently.

I’d be shocked if Houston keeps it close for a long time. CJ looked much better than he has in a while last week.

If I had to guess, he likely calls false starts with special attention. #79 Ronnie Stanley needs to get his shit together this game, alongside Mekari

I mean those are facts they are undefeated this year. NE, ARI, MIA were all one score games too. And yes granted they had a weak division. MIA being down this year likely gives some false security there. I wouldn’t discount their home field advantage though, if you are being sarcastic.

Only quality win is the Chiefs. And I'm not being bias. I still question or defense cause of who we played. Bills will be the first real test in a while. I'll say this though. Last 2 games against Buf we've pull out to big early leads.

For them to have ANY chance Texans edge guys have got to have the game of their life.

Lol... pull out

Cue the juke ankle breaker gif against Milano
That happened but it was also kinda a perfect situation for it to happen. Milano came crashing just as Lamar pulled it. He’s typically a sure tackler who covers a lot of ground and plays the right gaps, if he’s spying or scraping instead of crashing, it’s different.

Trying to run the clock out from the first minute of the 2nd half last week was just throwing possessions away. A better offense than Pittsburgh would have got back into the game. They better not try anything like that this week.

This is going to be pure torture waiting around for this game…Well I think tonight Tiger and Rory should be playing in the TGL

If he watched him on a regular basis, he'd stop being scared and accepted reality LMAO.

"Fucking Stephens at it again. Dude can't turn his head for shit."

Just practicing for Sunday.
Stephens has given up more yards this year than any corner in the NFL.

For a fork in him . He done.
