Harden is much worse and as someone who really loves basketball the idea that these 2 are similar is insane to me.

Lamar is more like Giannis who erases shit performances from his second (Middleton) and third stars (Dame). Giannis is their best rebounder, defender, scorer, and passer on a team built around him having to do everything.

Here's a stat (I am not arguing outcome, it's a team sport) Harden in the last 5 elimination games has averaged 14.2 points a game. When you need him he disappears, doesn't engage with the offense when the ball isn't in his hands, and doesn't play defense on the other side.

Win or lose, we have never felt like Lamar wasn't trying his hardest.

I also like basketball, but the comparison is accurate.. Shit i even saw a westbrook comparison which also isnt too far off. That int isnt a mistake lamar makes in reg season and that fumble was from him trying to do far too much knowing it was slippery. Andrews didnt help with his bullshit but neither did lamar early mistakes. We can defend him all we want but these past seasons in the playoffs, has been on him

Nah that penalty was some of the worse bullshit I've ever seen. It should've been OPI or a no call, there is no world where that should've been called against us. And I'm going to keep bringing up how it was a bullshit penalty until Lamar retires or the nfl gets investigated and found guilty of rigging games

statistically he was the best performing QB in the playoffs this year
even with the 2 big mistakes

he overcame the mistakes

the andrews fumble and drop were what actually sunk us

What would that prove though? Its not like he gonna forget how to play or lose accuracy. Stats might go from down a lil but he still wont be bad qb. People said that same thing about mahommes when he had tyreke. We we dnt see the crazy numbers anymore but mahommes is still great and winning

It would benefit us if sanders led them to a 7 or 8 win season. Good enough to put faith in him and have them out of top 5 range... just for him to suck his sophomore year and have a good pick with no qbs available
