I like zach orr but i dont know what he does well? Like macdonald, we had the stunts, good disguises and he was one of the best gameplanners ive seen in a while..

Zach Orr Rah-Rahs like he’s still a linebacker trying to motivate the team. That’s what he does well. The Harbaugh special.

Orr ran the best defense in the NFL after we got those terrible Safeties off the field. In his first year. Why are we turning on him now?

disguising coverage looks
we saw less stunts/twists and disguised blitzes vs mike macdonald's defence the year before

but we saw a ton of late coverage rotations to disguise coverage

we haven't truly got to see what his schematic identity will be because he was forced into playing a bunch of split safety shell coverage looks because of the personnel with the fall off of marcus williams and the disaster of eddie jackson

i'm guess we'll see some more variance in our coverages vs the second half of the season

we did start to see some more exotic pressure looks in the playoffs too so i wonder if that's where he'll evolve too

my guess is we'll see more dime too with roquan as the only true LB
