2025 Offseason Thread

Cole and Anthony are reaching on this one. Ojabo was the player with this exemption for the offseason last year too. Has nothing to do with PS options.

yeah literally just a way to have 91 players on the roster for preseason and training camp (every spot counts with those preseason games lol)

It's going to feel so good starting the bills season off with an L. And more importantly we get to remind the world that we would been in the AFC Chambership if the refs hadn't gifted them 7 points

Further, they did it so they could sign Rucker. And they already had approval for Ojabo from last year, so it was just a refiling. We're technically at 91 now because Michael Pierce is still on the roster until they make his retirement official after 6/1.

Apparently we play Detroit week 3 so it looks like the NFL is giving us our 3 hardest games in September so that we can go 4-0 and then have an easy way to the 1 seed

Then almost right after the bye, we got 3 consecutive away games

I usually don't care too much about the schedule but 3 straight home games (with a bye sandwiched in), followed by 3 straight away games, and then another 3 straight homes games is wild

Which is why I'm not really worried about our schedule this season. Lamar is gonna cook and we won't have to worry about Williams forgetting how to play football. As far as I'm concerned the AFC runs through the bank this season

Ok, so opening 6 weeks a gauntlet, the 3 game home and away swings are odd but not troublesome. Also a 3 game Cincy-Pitt-Cincy swing. 4 of those 6 opening games are at home and the Ravens have no excuse to not come out sharp. Almost zero turnover in coaching and starting lineup.
