2025 Offseason Thread

“At last week’s mandatory minicamp, 89 of the 91 players on Baltimore’s roster were practice participants. Other than the offseason Achilles injury sustained by defensive back Ar’Darius Washington and the continued recovery of rookie offensive tackle Emery Jones Jr. from shoulder surgery, the Ravens’ team-wide health situation is good.”

So I guess Emery Jones ended up getting shoulder surgery. They had to have known about this injury prior to drafting him. Wonder how high did they have him over Wyatt Milum, who went just 2 picks ahead. EDC love them picks too much sometimes. A gift and a curse.

not gonna complain about it too much
i wasn't that high on emery jones... but i was really high on carson vinson

we took 3 OL, we don't need all of them to be good, or even average, right away

Yeah they knew. He was a longer term play. It sounds like they want to get him on the field and give him some reps at T first but the internal feeling is that he's going to be a G at some point.

He talented and is likely one of the best route runner in the NFL but I guess it's safe to say he didn't really learn a thing after what happened last year or maybe did but just too stubborn to admit due to pride.
He’s pathetic. Delusional, main character syndrome, childish, selfish.

That was such a pathetic explanation of why he wouldn’t go in, I can’t fucking believe that is not only a grown ass man pushing 30, but a paid nfl player who has made millions playing pro football, how the fuck…

He sounds like a teenage girl. Fucking embarrassing.

If I'm his agent, I'd be dropping him immediately. Dude straight up said that he cared more about himself and his long-term earning potential (even though it's ass backwards) than the team. That just made him look worse than he already did.

Mike Wallace turned out to be the only guy from the Steelers WR room with a passable character in recent memory.

Do not touch those mofos with a 10 ft pole.

Come on, have a bit of sympathy. He had cold legs for God's sake. You can't expect a man to work for his almost $1Million game check if he's got cold legs.
