Yep that’s the way I view it. Going 6-0 in those games is unrealistic. We’ll figure the Chiefs and Chargers as losses and you have to win the rest against teams like Pittsburgh , Cincy , Atlanta at Atlanta . Odds are indeed very slim

Damn I have no idea it was that bad for Jacksonville. Denver on the other hand is a no-brainer and with Kubiak there I would assume that it would be his next destination.Jax is $13M OVER the cap with some really albatross contracts. I'm sure they can get under pretty easily, but could they afford to pay a guy like Joe? I don't think so. But Denver is sitting cozy at $29M under.
Is Kubiak back there now?Damn I have no idea it was that bad for Jacksonville. Denver on the other hand is a no-brainer and with Kubiak there I would assume that it would be his next destination.
He's more in a scouting role from what I understandIs Kubiak back there now?
Front office roleIs Kubiak back there now?
I don't and have no reason to - we beat them. You feeling a little salty over Georgia? Come on, man- you know Georgia isn't competing with Alabama this year.
100% you could see immense pressure was lifted off him after his 2nd pass.I think his game against Florida was much more of what he is and can be. He was MUCH better on Saturday.
Thing here is he’s not a “1st round QB” if we didn’t make him one, comparatively on the cheap. Ozzie’s farewell pick if you will. As was mentioned numerous times after the draft it’s not the end of the world if he doesn’t pan out. So yeah, no. Not saying that’s the case yet, but new coach or not, if he doesn’t look the part they won’t gamble trying to make him the guy just because he was chosen in the first round.I don’t know why anyone would be discussing us drafting a QB. An organization doesn’t give up ona 1st round QB in one season without even giving him a chance.
Assuming Harbaugh gets fired the 1st interview question will be “How do you envision putting Lamar in a position to succeed”. Any prospective coach will know that their job will hinge on developing Lamar, not replacing him with “their guy”
I don't either. Also, I think Lamar can be pretty good in pros.I don’t know why anyone would be discussing us drafting a QB. An organization doesn’t give up ona 1st round QB in one season without even giving him a chance.

I agree. Get an offensive genius in here to run the team and he’ll be a stud.I don't either. Also, I think Lamar can be pretty good in pros.
Comeback? Lol. Why would he be looking for a comeback? I’d have to look at it again but it seemed like a set deception play to free up Snead on the outside. He was standing there by himself ready to catch the pass and score. It looked to me like Lamar just threw a 30 yard pass 15 yards. That was clearly a miscommunication. He was obviously looking for a comeback
Call a spade a spade. It was an awful pass, whereas his td was a beautThat was clearly a miscommunication. He was obviously looking for a comeback
Shiiiiiiiit, just give us someone competent to start.I agree. Get an offensive genius in here to run the team and he’ll be a stud.

Just watched it again, it was definitely a pass option play. He was rolling to the right looking at Snead in fine position to make the pass. He just short armed it. To quote Green, “he was so wide open he tried to hand it to him”. Maybe not the end of the world, but killed momentum .to me that looked like a triple option pitch play that they ran sorta successfully later in the game with lamar...
basically lamar realised i think that the play wasnt going to work and saw snead and tried to force it there despite that not being any of the actual pre-determined options on the play but didnt set his feet - if i recall correctly he was almost square to the endzone with feet set when he threw it
terrible pass but i think maybe it was because it wasnt ever supposed to be a pass
To answer your question, I don't know about news, but I know he wanted to go back in. I'm not sure if he did or not. I didn't look close enough.100% you could see immense pressure was lifted off him after his 2nd pass.
Are there any news on Stanley?
