I assumed there was a bit of sarcasm in his statement @JoeyFlex5 . Strip sacks and not recognizing a db blitz were early trademarks of those match ups for the first couple of years. Pretty sure we missed some pick ups the last time we played them.

There’s also a difference between not spotting Troy Polamalu of all people showing a clear blitz, and Justin Houston, a standard 3 point edge rusher just winning a rush in an instant.

the in game stuff with Lewis is key. Just his understanding of what an offense is trying to do and his being in time with that would have me wanting him coaching up D line \linebackers.
I imagine he could get the most out of players and as you alluded to, he would be great in teaching players how to watch film and prepare.
