It looks really bad on us when Perriman does nothing in his entire time here and then goes to the Browns to start showing the potential we thought he had when we drafted him. Engram hasn't developed one WR properly in his entire time here.
Perriman looked ok in preseason with rg3 as qb, however it is preseason

You guys will be back next year. You will be 11-5 next year and Lamar will be even better. I can see him becoming another Cam Newton like Cam was in his prime.

I agree, i thought he did just enough to maintain his roster spot at least. he turned it on during the end of this season. he might be in for a bigger workload next year wherever he goes i'll at least keep a eye on him

Get him in here for cheap and then make him inactive for every game for that last catch he made against us in week 17. A catch he never made for us...lol

The Athletic's Jeff Zrebiec reports the Ravens have had contract talks with impending free agent ILB C.J. Mosley.

It would be a surprise if the Ravens let Mosley, arguably their best defender, walk, and they will have the option to tag him if the two sides cannot come to an agreement in the next couple months. A long-term deal would be a better outcome for Baltimore, especially given the holes they need to fill around Lamar Jackson on offense.

At some point they need to see that and let him go, moving him to TE coach wasn't the answer lets hope whomever comes in can develop Jaleel Scott he has the size and muuuuccchh better Hands than Lasley did in college

from what we've seen so far scott has shown none of the traits of someone who will stick in the league - he doesnt use his body to box out or out-muscle defenders, he lacks the speed to threaten them - slow acceleration and isn't twitchy, he's not a good route runner and his best traits i.e. his size and his hands didnt manifest themselves at all in the preseason

at least lasley showed an ability to get open during the preseason and training camp

id be surprised if this deal doesnt get done before free agency because i doubt we'll want to tag him because the tag is for all LBs so he would be being paid the tag price for elite edge rushers in stead of off ball linebackers

Nah, you're thinking of the KC game when he came in on the last drive. And one of those incomplete passes should have been called DPI IIRC.
Right ... one of those plays that refs know would completely alter the game where they will only call DPI if it is egregious. So yes @Deebo813 ... that's the game you are referring to. It was nothing to write home about, but nothing that would indicate that he "did not play well at all that game lol.. not even close".

RGIII seems to fit the bill as our 2019 QB2 IMO. I'm really not sure who else we think we should have as a back-up that is going to be significantly better.

If Lasley can just get rid of those drops when he's wide open then he could be a weapon. Lamar seemed to already have some decent chemistry with him as well, but Lasley had a few drops that would have been huge gains and/or TDs.

this is probably a damning indictment but on pure talent lasley's probably the most talented receiver we've drafted since breshad - he's a better route-runner prospect than breshad was but the drops are just as worrying

I hoping we can lock up Pierce long-term for a decent price before people actually realize how good he is

are you really equating a peaceful protest with domestic violence?

No, not necessarily. As an NFL player you are paid to PLAY AND DO YOUR JOB. Play or get out and stop grandstanding. I am glad he and his significant other are out of the league. I come from a Marine background of no complaining and whining. Goodbye whiner!

Just that there's a substantial difference between complaining/whining and standing up for your rights/protesting if you think that those have been negated.
One thing I don't understand is, why did you feel it was necessary to link this stuff with DV and topping it all with the expression "his........ significant other".
I would have expected someone with a "Marine background" to possibly be the first one willing to preserve your countrymen's aforementioned freedoms, whether they're white catholic or black muslim citizens...

And that's my first and last non-football related comment that I post, cause if i wanted these sort of conversations I could have stuck to fb..

We really talking about that bum Kaepernick after his gf posted that Django picture, after he wore socks depicting cops as pigs and wearing a Fidel Castro shirt? Please lol. I’d much rather have RG3

You really care about that? Lol cmon man. Not saying i want him on the team cause i dnt. I dnt even want him to play in the nfl but if we needed a qb that could possibly help us win games, it wouldnt matter to me if he wore a “ fuck the police” or a KkK shirt
