Where did I say draft Bush over more positions of need. Don't put words in my mouth. If you are going to go out and overspend for a LB in free agency, then just sign CJ this year. Ridiculous statement to overspend and yes those players will not leave.

I would love to draft Cashmen and think he is going to be a steal and yes, I like Bush, but feel we have more positions of need. That being said we don't know who will be available at 22 but I'll never be an advocate of overspending in free agency. Remember who I used to root for and it never worked for them either. A large percentage of free agents end up being bad signings anyway. Several of the lineman you wanted to sign a couple of years ago ended up being bad signings.

And yes, none of those players will be available in free agency. You are dreaming if you think they will leave. I believe we will end up signing Zach Brown after the draft, wouldn't be surprised if we have a hand shake deal in place with him now. Now that's a signing I could get on board with. i wanted him a couple years ago.
I doubt bush last that long like you say.. probably wont even get by bengals and den

devin white is a generational talent imo, hes rare, and the steelers very well could be playing a game of keeping up with the joneses, getting the fastest defender out there in the middle of the field, trying to emulate what the chargers did vs us but without actually taking LBs off the field.
It is possible, yeah. And getting to 10 to take him before the Bengals would also be screwing over a division rival by taking easily the top player at their biggest area of need.

Matt Harmon on twitter:

Spoke with Marquise Brown, my No. 1 WR, yesterday. Notes:
- We had a good laugh at those who think the combine weight is his true weight.
- Favorite route: Comeback, can mess with the DBs head.
- His key to being a great route runner: Varying routes and never running full speed

So I've got my predictions.

If we stay in the first, one of he following will be a Raven

Devin Bush(please no, this would be so bad and would tell me Eric is incapable of thinking big-picture)
DK Metcalf
AJ Brown
Garrett Bradburry(which I'd be fine with. I still think McCoy and Jenkins are better fits, but he's still a monumental upgrade from Skura)
Brian Burns(he shouldn't, but someone is going to fall)
Jerry Tillery
Cody Ford
Chris Lindstrom
I think Clelin Ferrell is more likely to be there than Brian Burns and I'd be ok with that.

Yeah. Even I have more faith than that.

I'll hate the Devin Bush pick when it happens, but at least he won't suck
if we take devin bush ill be lit, because we have a legit top half of the first talent, at one of the biggest holes on our team, and he falls right to us? yeah, if hes there at 22 youd be hard pressed to name a better talent, damn the needs, this team isnt ready right now anyway and this draft wont change that, but it will sure as shit go a long way to making us a better squad ready to make a strong from 2020 onward

I agree, this team isn't ready now and the draft won't change that...

And Bush doesn't help. We've all got the rose colored glasses on like for how much we all want a WR because we are all used to having a stud in the middle. Bush isn't bad, he's a good player, an ILB doesn't make us a strong team from 2020 on. Trenches will. "Damn the needs", more like address them for once and maybe, just maybe, Lamar has a chance.

Bush being on the team doesn't help Jackson, doesn't fix the manufactured pass rush, and is a downgrade from CJ anyways. There's no way in hell that's a good plan long term. Bush will be a ten year starter, but I don't want us to go in a direction that doesn't really fix the team.

Dk=perriman
I've been thinking it for awhile but we did Perriman dirty. It's not a coincidence that when he goes to a team with a real offensive coordinator he starts producing.

Roman is a hell of a lot better than Marty. DK is a much better route runner coming out of school, and actually plays at the speed he was advertised at. Add in the run blocking, which is huge for the team, and I don't see us picking anyone else at 22. I'm not saying he's perfect, he's got concentration drops, but to a far lesser degree than Perriman.

His compadre in Brown would also be good. But to me, DK is a better fit here, and has a considerably higher ceiling along with a floor that isn't as low as several make it out to be.

he's been schemed open a lot - he's better used and a marginally better receiver than in baltimore but ultimately he's just in a scheme that's using him better than when he was in baltimore

the td he scored against us for example he was put in a position vs a particular look the browns had seen on tape the week before and basically put perriman in position to win just by basically running in a straight line

Hey guys, asking to the non-US watchers.
Is there a half legal way to watch the draft, live?
The NFLNetwork is obviously supported by homeland providers, only.
I'd even pay lol
